The candidate will be responsible for ensuring works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site. </li><li>Ensure work execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. </li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, foremen, and site workers to ensure smooth project progress. </li><li>Review and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and technical documents. </li><li>Monitor site activities including civil works, structural works, finishing works, and general construction operations. </li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained. </li><li>Ensure materials delivered to site are checked and comply with project specifications. </li><li>Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and work updates. </li><li>Coordinate with project management team regarding progress, issues, and requirements. </li><li>Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements at site. </li><li>Assist in quantity measurements, material estimation, and site documentation. </li><li>Identify site issues and provide technical solutions in coordination with the project team. </li><li>Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of resources. </li><li>Ensure work completion within the planned schedule and project deadlines. </li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. </li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in construction projects. </li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution. </li><li>Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications. </li><li>Good knowledge of site supervision and quality control procedures. </li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills. </li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities. </li><li>UAE construction experience preferred. </li><li>Valid UAE driving license will be an advantage (but not mandatory).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Work Conditions:</b></p><ul><li>Full-time position </li><li>Work location: Construction project sites (UAQ)</li><li>Working hours as per project requirements (normal time is 8am-6pm)</li><li>Accommodation Providing</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><ul><li>Site supervision and project coordination </li><li>AutoCAD knowledge </li><li>Quantity estimation and measurement </li><li>Quality control and inspection </li><li>Problem-solving skills </li><li>Knowledge of construction safety practices </li></ul><p><br></p></div>
