We're actively building it.<br><br>Mission statement<br><br>We are looking for a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead with strong experience in systematic options trading to lead our Options Engineering team.<br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Options Engineering team, driving continuous improvement across the trading infrastructure, and supporting the evolution of our systematic options trading platform. Construction Project Director / Senior Project Manager (Luxury Villas)<br>We are seeking an accomplished Project Director / Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of prestigious luxury residential villa developments across the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated construction professional with mandatory, hands-on experience delivering high-end luxury villa projects from concept and design coordination through construction, commissioning, and final handover.<br>Please note: Candidates must have proven experience managing luxury villa projects. Applications without relevant villa project experience will not be considered.<br>The successful candidate will combine exceptional technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and proven leadership capabilities to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.<br>We are particularly interested in professionals who have built their careers with reputable main contractors and have a demonstrated history of long-term employment, including a minimum of four years with at least one organization.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Project Leadership Lead the full lifecycle of luxury villa construction projects from pre-construction through final client handover. Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with programme, commercial, and quality objectives. Direct multiple concurrent high-end residential developments while ensuring successful project delivery. Oversee planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out activities. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.<br>Construction Management Manage all site operations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and project milestones. Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve technical, operational, and construction challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, authority approvals, and industry best practices.<br>Commercial & Contract Management Monitor project budgets, cash flow, cost forecasts, and financial performance. Manage contract administration, subcontractor agreements, variations, claims, and commercial negotiations. Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality or delivery timelines. Prepare project performance reports and provide commercial updates to senior leadership.<br>Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional project delivery. Lead project progress meetings, executive presentations, and stakeholder reviews. Ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded throughout every project phase.<br>Quality, Safety & Compliance Drive the implementation of robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems. Ensure exceptional luxury finishing standards are achieved across all construction phases. Oversee inspections, snagging, testing, commissioning, and final project handover. Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.<br>Leadership & Team Development Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, site managers, and subcontractors. Promote high-performance standards across all project functions.<br>Candidate Profile The successful candidate will possess:Minimum 15 years of construction industry experience. At least 10 years in Project Management delivering luxury residential developments. Extensive experience managing high-end villa projects from concept through completion and handover. Proven success delivering large-scale residential developments within the UAE or GCC. Strong understanding of project planning, design coordination, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and client handover. Experience working primarily with reputable main contracting companies. Stable career history, including a minimum four-year tenure with at least one employer. Strong commercial awareness and contract administration expertise. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to successfully manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
