Significant experience in medium and large manufacturing background (continuous process industries). Willing and able to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operating plant. Knowledge of reliability and implementing precision maintenance techniques to improve equipment reliability by doing PMs, CPSS, Asset care strategy. Working knowledge and experience with MS Word and Excel, and other PC-based production and maintenance reporting applications. Experience routinely utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or other similar problem-solving tools.
