The ASC Academic Advising Systems Coordinator works closely with the Director of the Academic Support Center (ASC), Information Technology (IT), the Office of the Registrar (OR), Associate Deans from the Colleges/School, and academic advisors. The position reports directly to the Director of the ASC. The ASC Academic Advising Systems Coordinator will work closely with relevant stakeholders to support the implementation and development of AUS’s academic advising system, Stellic, with particular responsibility for degree audit rules and academic catalogue information. The coordinator will support the accuracy, functionality, and maintenance of advising system information and processes in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders. Initiate and identify good practices within their cluster and ensure these are shared throughout the group in order to streamline operations, processes and policies and secure efficiencies. Be contactable outside of normal School hours, available to attend site to support the Operations Team when required in line with the Aldar Education Critical Incident Response Protocols.
