About Paw Pots Paw Pots is a fresh pet food subscription service on a mission to revolutionize pet health in the region. We are a high-growth startup scaling operations across Lebanon and the UAE. We combine veterinary-backed nutrition, technology, and data-driven personalization to build the region's leading fresh pet food and pet-health platform.
The Mission Paw Pots needs a hands-on Ops Supervisor to lead the UAE kitchen floor — turning the daily production plan into meals cooked, packed, and dispatched on time, every day. You'll be the floor-level guardian of food safety and discipline — running hourly checks, keeping equipment/stock under control, and keeping the facility audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities Run Daily Production: Maintain the monthly cooking plan and daily sheets, adjusting for demand; organize the team to hit dispatch deadlines; and get orders packed/labeled/staged for drivers on time. Lead the Floor Team: Assign stations, brief team daily, enforce hygiene and conduct standards and onboard/train staff on safe equipment use, recipes, and procedures. Own Food Safety & Compliance: Log hourly fridge/freezer/cooking/blast-chiller checks accurately, flagging discrepancies; apply personal hygiene, cross-contamination control, FIFO, and cleanliness checks and report incidents — contamination risk, equipment failure — to Operations Manager. Maintain Equipment & Machinery: Standardize equipment checks and preventative-maintenance logs, and escalate service or lubrication needs before breakdowns. Control Inventory & Waste: Run inventory checks, order kitchen consumables, and place PM/RM orders with existing suppliers based on consumption; keep physical/system stock aligned with minimal variance; track finished goods and returned orders (RTOs); and weigh/log daily waste to stay under target. Maintain Records & Reporting: Keep production/inventory/dispatch records current in Excel and Odoo; use dispatch/logistics dashboards to align deliveries and track stock; and send end-of-day reports to management covering output, waste, and issues. Support HR & Admin: Handle kitchen-staff HR — insurance, visa renewals, new-hire documentation.
Requirements2+ years' experience in a kitchen, catering facility, or food/manufacturing factory; supervisory experience preferred. Working knowledge of food safety basics (temperature control, personal hygiene, cross-contamination, HACCP awareness); a formal food safety certificate is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, daily reporting). Experience using an ERP system; Odoo experience is a strong plus. Comfortable managing a team of 10+ staff in a fast-paced, factory-style environment. Comfortable in a cold-storage/production environment; able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads. A valid UAE driving license. Good spoken English; additional languages spoken by kitchen staff are an advantage.
What We Offer Real Ownership: Run the UAE kitchen floor day to day — your calls decide whether production hits target. Direct Support: Backed by the Country Operations Manager and HQ's Quality team, not just a job description and good luck. Growth Track: Join as we scale — first in line as new roles open up. High-Growth Culture: A pet-obsessed, execution-driven environment where your daily output is visible. Timing: Join at a pivotal stage as we scale production across Lebanon and the UAE.

About KingoMart

KingoMart is a B2B e-commerce marketplace connecting suppliers and business buyers. Our platform today consists of a customer storefront (Next.js + React + TypeScript), an internal admin panel (React + TypeScript), and a FastAPI + PostgreSQL backend that publishes a typed OpenAPI contract. Everything user-facing is TypeScript, and mobile will be too.

The role

You will be our first and founding mobile engineer.
