We combine veterinary-backed nutrition, technology, and data-driven personalization to build the region's leading fresh pet food and pet-health platform.<br>The Mission Paw Pots needs a hands-on Ops Supervisor to lead the UAE kitchen floor — turning the daily production plan into meals cooked, packed, and dispatched on time, every day. You'll be the floor-level guardian of food safety and discipline — running hourly checks, keeping equipment/stock under control, and keeping the facility audit-ready.<br>Key Responsibilities Run Daily Production: Maintain the monthly cooking plan and daily sheets, adjusting for demand; organize the team to hit dispatch deadlines; and get orders packed/labeled/staged for drivers on time. Lead the Floor Team: Assign stations, brief team daily, enforce hygiene and conduct standards and onboard/train staff on safe equipment use, recipes, and procedures. Support HR & Admin: Handle kitchen-staff HR — insurance, visa renewals, new-hire documentation.<br>Requirements2+ years' experience in a kitchen, catering facility, or food/manufacturing factory; supervisory experience preferred. Working knowledge of food safety basics (temperature control, personal hygiene, cross-contamination, HACCP awareness); a formal food safety certificate is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, daily reporting). Experience using an ERP system; Odoo experience is a strong plus. Comfortable managing a team of 10+ staff in a fast-paced, factory-style environment. Comfortable in a cold-storage/production environment; able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads. <p>Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and to use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our Beauty Consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products and merchandising. Our Consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of grooming.</p>
