Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer with a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) license for the design and approval of G+4 to G+12 buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design development, authority submissions, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant structural solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities:Structural Design & Analysis Prepare structural designs, calculations, and detailed engineering drawings for G+4 to G+12 buildings. Perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Review architectural and MEP drawings to ensure structural compatibility and coordination. Optimize structural systems to achieve cost-effective and practical construction solutions. Authority Approvals & Compliance Prepare and submit structural design documents to Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and international design standards. Address authority comments and coordinate revisions until approvals are obtained. Maintain valid professional licensing and stay updated on regulatory requirements. Project Coordination Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, quantity surveyors, and project teams throughout the design process. Provide technical support to site teams during construction activities. Attend project meetings and technical review sessions with clients, consultants, and authorities. Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals from a structural perspective. Quality & Technical Support Conduct structural design reviews and ensure quality assurance procedures are followed. Investigate and resolve structural design issues arising during construction. Provide value engineering recommendations where applicable. Ensure timely completion of design deliverables in accordance with project schedules. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master's Degree is an advantage). Valid Dubai Municipality Structural Engineer License for G+4 to G+12 projects (mandatory) Membership in a recognized engineering body is preferred. Experience Minimum 3–15 years of structural design experience. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in structural design and authority approvals. Proven experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects. Demonstrated experience obtaining approvals from Dubai Municipality and other UAE authorities. Technical Skills Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, and Auto CAD. Knowledge of Revit Structure and BIM coordination is preferred. Strong understanding of UAE building regulations, BS, ACI, and Eurocode standards. Ability to prepare structural calculations, reports, and authority submission packages. Centre</p><ul><li><p>Install, configure, and maintain Avaya IP Office PABX systems across all group locations.</p></li><li><p>Administer Avaya endpoints: IP phones, softphones, conference units, and voicemail platforms.</p></li><li><p>Configure and manage call routing, IVR menus, hunt groups, pickup groups, and extension management.</p></li><li><p>Integrate Avaya IP Office with Avaya Unified Contact Centre (Avaya IPOCC / CCC) including agent configuration, queue management, and wallboard/reporting feeds.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot call quality issues (jitter, latency, one-way audio), registration failures, and trunk connectivity faults.</p></li><li><p>Perform regular PABX configuration backups, firmware upgrades, and capacity planning.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with Avaya partners and vendors for licensing, escalations, and advanced support.</p></li></ul><p>2.2 CCTV & Video Surveillance Systems</p><ul><li><p>Install, configure, and maintain IP and analogue CCTV systems across all Arenco Group sites.</p></li><li><p>Administer Video Management Software (VMS), NVR/DVR systems, and camera infrastructure including PTZ, dome, and bullet cameras.</p></li><li><p>Manage storage capacity for video recordings and enforce retention policies aligned with compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Perform scheduled health checks, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance on all CCTV components.</p></li><li><p>Support incident investigation by providing authorised footage retrieval and audit trails.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with physical security teams and management on system audits and expansion requirements.</p></li></ul><p>2.3 Access Control Systems</p><ul><li><p>Implement, configure, and administer electronic access control systems including card readers, biometric devices, and door controllers.</p></li><li><p>Manage user provisioning, access rights, and role-based access policies in the access control platform.</p></li><li><p>Enrol, modify, and deactivate user credentials (cards, PINs, biometrics) in coordination with HR and Security departments.</p></li><li><p>Monitor access logs, generate compliance reports, and flag anomalies or unauthorised access attempts to relevant stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and test door interlocks, electric strikes, magnetic locks, and fail-safe/fail-secure hardware.</p></li><li><p>Ensure seamless integration of access control systems with CCTV and alarm systems for unified physical security management.</p></li></ul><p>2.4 Time & Attendance Systems</p><ul><li><p>Deploy, configure, and maintain time and attendance hardware across all group sites (biometric terminals, RFID readers, facial recognition units).</p></li><li><p>Integrate time and attendance devices with HR/Payroll platforms to ensure accurate and automated data flow.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot device connectivity, synchronization errors, and data discrepancies between hardware and software platforms.</p></li><li><p>Ensure system uptime and data integrity to support payroll processing deadlines.</p></li></ul><p>2.5 End-User Computing & Desktop Support</p><ul><li><p>Manage the full hardware lifecycle of desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, and peripherals across all subsidiaries.</p></li><li><p>Oversee hardware procurement, standardization, and refresh cycles in coordination with IT management.</p></li><li><p>Configure and deploy end-user devices using imaging tools and MDM platforms.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose and resolve hardware faults efficiently to minimize business disruption within defined SLA targets.</p></li></ul><p>2.6 Network Hardware & Physical Infrastructure</p><ul><li><p>Support structured cabling, rack management, and physical network infrastructure across sites.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the Network Engineering team on hardware-related connectivity faults and PoE infrastructure support.</p></li></ul><p>2.7 Design & Specialist Software Support</p><ul><li><p>Install, configure, and troubleshoot design and engineering applications including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, and equivalent tools.</p></li><li><p>Ensure hardware compatibility and optimise workstation performance for graphics-intensive design software.</p></li><li><p>Manage software licensing, activation, and updates for design tools in coordination with department heads.</p></li><li><p>Advise on workstation hardware specifications (GPU, RAM, NVMe storage) to meet design application requirements.</p></li><li><p>Provide hands-on support to end users experiencing installation failures, application crashes, or performance degradation.</p></li></ul><p>2.8 Microsoft 365 & Email Client Support</p><ul><li><p>Provide hands-on support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</p></li><li><p>Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 email client profiles, mailbox settings, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and calendar sharing across end-user devices.</p></li><li><p>Support Microsoft Teams configuration including channel setup, meeting room integration, and audio/video device troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the IT team on Exchange Online policies, retention settings, and compliance configurations as directed.</p></li><li><p>Educate end users on Microsoft 365 best practices, security awareness, and effective use of collaboration tools.</p></li></ul><p>2.9 General IT Operations</p><ul><li><p>Maintain accurate asset registers for all hardware under management.</p></li><li><p>Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and provide on-call support for critical infrastructure incidents.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to Arenco Group IT governance policies, security frameworks, and change management procedures.</p></li></ul></li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ol><li><p>Education</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Diploma holders with substantial and demonstrably relevant technical experience will be considered.</p></li></ul><p>3.2 Experience</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in hardware engineering, IT infrastructure, or a comparable multi-discipline support role.</p></li><li><p>Proven and demonstrable experience with Avaya IP Office PABX administration, configuration, and Unified Contact Centre integration – MANDATORY.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, and time and attendance hardware – MANDATORY.</p></li><li><p>Valid UAE Driving License – MANDATORY.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in a large multi-entity or group-of-companies environment is strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>UAE work experience preferred; familiarity with local vendor
