Guildhall is supporting a Dubai-based short-term rental management company supporting property owners with end-to-end holiday home services — from listing optimisation and pricing strategy through to guest management, housekeeping, maintenance and property readiness.
We are hiring 1–2 Business Development Executives to grow our landlord portfolio. This position is focused on sourcing and signing new landlords to list their properties for short-term rentals, converting inbound enquiries, and developing business through personal networks and proactive outreach. Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound landlord leads (website enquiries, referrals, calls, social leads) into signed management agreements
- Proactively source new landlords through networking, referrals, community connections, investor groups and partnerships
- Conduct landlord meetings and property assessments to understand goals, timelines and earning potential
- Present the company’s full service offering clearly and confidently, tailoring proposals to each landlord
- Advise landlords on property improvements that can increase occupancy and revenue (furniture packages, décor, minor upgrades, photography readiness, etc.)
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating with operations, housekeeping, maintenance and photography teams
- Maintain an organised pipeline and accurate CRM records (lead source, stage, next steps, forecasting)
- Provide weekly activity updates and contribute to monthly revenue and unit onboarding targets

- Proven track record in business development / sales in Dubai (property, holiday homes, real estate, leasing, property management, hospitality or similar)
- Strong ability to build relationships with landlords, investors and property owners
- Confident presenting commercial proposals and negotiating terms
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a role combining inbound and outbound BD
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach
- Organised, target-driven, and able to manage a pipeline from lead to close
- UAE market knowledge (locations, property types, landlord expectations) is a strong advantage
