Conduct regular facilities inspections, audits, and compliance reviews. Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Oversee energy management, sustainability, and environmental improvement initiatives. Develop strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce resource consumption. Support sustainability and ESG objectives through responsible facilities management. Lead refurbishment, relocation, expansion, fit-out, and facilities improvement projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, project managers, and external consultants. Monitor facilities projects against approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, and scope. Ensure facilities-related documentation, asset registers, maintenance records, and compliance certificates are accurately maintained. Implement and optimize CAFM, CMMS, ERP, or other facilities management systems. Use facilities data and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.
