The Production Manager is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and performance of the Production Department, including production operations, manpower management, facility maintenance, and air-conditioning (A/C) maintenance activities. The role is responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved in line with the annual budget while maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, equipment reliability, cost control, and workplace safety.<br>Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise overall production operations, production plants, manpower, and daily activities.
