<ul><li>Oversee and manage the execution of utilities and infrastructure projects under EPC contracts.</li><li>Coordinate all site construction activities to ensure achievement of project milestones safely, on time, within budget, and compliant with quality and client requirements.</li><li>Lead and manage day-to-day construction operations for utilities and infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Supervise and direct the work of project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Review and monitor project plans, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with EPC contractual obligations.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely material delivery and site readiness.</li><li>Oversee all phases of construction activities including civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE policies and statutory regulations, conducting regular site safety audits and toolbox meetings.</li><li>Monitor progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client review.</li><li>Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, and cost impacts.</li><li>Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of work activities, inspections, and project handover requirements.</li><li>Support commissioning and handover processes in coordination with QA/QC and project control teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Mechanical or Civil engineering. </p></li><li><p>8 - 12 years relevant UAE experience in EPC construction, preferably in utilities, water transmission, or infrastructure projects. Experience in pipeline construction.</p></li><li><p>Experience in pipeline construction and site supervision.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of EPC contracts, project execution methodologies, and site coordination.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Transco / TAQA / ADDC / ADSSC or other utility authority requirements preferred.</p></li><li><p>Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera) and MS Office applications.</p></li><li><p>Strong commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery.</p></li><li><p>UAE Driving License preferred.</p></li></ul>

- To lead successful implementation of Enhancements and Transformation initiatives across OBDX, OBPAY, OBVAM, OBLM platforms, Mind Gate application.<br><br>- Identify ways to reduce Cost by improving operational efficiency, and Innovation.<br><br>- Work with key stakeholders i.e Technology, Product to ensure seamless implementation of Enhancements<br><br>- Review BRD’s and FSD’s and recommend to senior management for sign off.<br><br>- Identify critical defects and ensure timely escalation to management.<br><br>- Support Project Management for various CIBG Ops Automation initiatives.
