<ul><li>Set up and secure precast foundations for wayside equipment.</li><li>Install critical wayside assets including axle counters, point machines, and Eurobalises per project drawings and vendor manuals.</li><li>Oversee cable laying, tray routing, trackside junction box installations, wiring, and labeling.</li><li>Perform pre-commissioning/static testing (Megger cable insulation checks, mechanical locking alignments, physical parameters).</li><li>Direct subcontractors to meet milestones and draft Daily Progress Reports.</li><li>Interpret electrical loop schematics, cable core termination charts, and signalling layout plans.</li><li>Enforce strict Track Access and railway HSE protocols to maintain zero-compromise site safety.</li></ul>
<strong>Requirements & Qualifications</strong>

Position: Sales Executive – 5-Star Hotel | Dubai, UAE<br>Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Salary: Competitive package based on qualifications and experience<br>A prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team. The position requires a proactive hotel sales professional with current or recent 5-star hotel sales experience in Dubai, strong knowledge of the local hospitality market and proven experience in generating new business and managing key client accounts.<br>Key Responsibilities:Generate new business and revenue across Corporate, Leisure, Groups and MICE segments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators and event partners. Identify new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, client visits, networking and market research. Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and client entertainment. Promote the hotel's rooms, restaurants, meeting facilities, events and other services. Manage and grow existing hotel accounts while developing new corporate and leisure accounts. Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, quotations and business opportunities. Negotiate rates and commercial agreements in line with the hotel's revenue strategy. Monitor Dubai hotel market trends, competitor activities and account production. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information and business opportunities. Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximize business conversion and guest satisfaction. Participate in trade shows, networking events, exhibitions and other sales and promotional activities. Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the Sales Manager and Director of Sales.<br>Requirements:Current or recent sales experience in a 5-star hotel in Dubai. Minimum 2–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in Dubai. Currently or recently working as Sales Executive, Sales Manager or an equivalent hotel sales position. Strong knowledge of the Dubai 5-star hotel market. Proven experience in hotel sales and business development. Proven experience managing and developing hotel accounts. Experience across Corporate, Leisure, Groups and/or MICE segments. Established network within the Dubai hospitality and travel market is an advantage. Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Proactive, target-driven and commercially minded approach.
