Carry out inspection and surveillance of civil works in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements and applicable hold/witness points. Attend and witness testing activities (e.g., concrete cube testing, compaction/density testing, welding inspection) and verify results against acceptance criteria. Inspect earthworks (subgrade, embankment, compaction), concrete works (formwork, reinforcement, pours, curing), structures (bridges, culverts, retaining walls, buildings), drainage and utility works. <br><br>Non-Conformances & Quality Records<br><br>Raise and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) for work or materials that do not meet approved requirements, following through to close-out.
