Job Purpose Support the Dugas EHSQ Manager in building and embedding a robust Process Safety Management System. Lead process safety training, audits, documentation, and performance reporting in line with GEHS, Dugas, and industry best practices. Drive the development and execution of Dugas’ process safety and risk management programs, aligned with ENOC’s EHSQ strategy and Operational Excellence framework. Ensure design, technical, and operational integrity while maintaining regulatory and industry compliance. Facilitate incident investigations, root cause analyses, and training sessions. Strategize and implement proactive measures to manage process safety risks and prevent incidents across the asset lifecycle of all projects.<br>Principal Accountabilities Develop Dugas Process Safety Management System (PSM) Framework.
