Plan manpower, materials, tools and daily work activities in coordination with project requirements. Review P&IDs, isometrics, pipe specifications and work scopes before execution. Allocate work to foremen and piping crews and monitor productivity, workmanship and progress. Coordinate pipe/spool fabrication, welding, NDT and onboard installation. Ensure correct pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, gaskets, bolting and supports are used as per specifications.
