<p>Role Summary
The Candidate is primary responsible for ensuring the integrity of the financial information, and issue accurate and complete Financial Statements. The Accounts Manager supervises the Accounts Department and acts as the representative, in coordination with managers (e.g., Operations Manager), and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Controllership Responsibilities and Expectations
-Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information of the Group Company.

-Handle compliance related matters particularly for audit, VAT and Corporate Tax.
-Define standards, policies and procedures, measures and KPI, and initiate process improvements to meet Group Company goals for the Accounts Department.
-Establish controls to ensure that Financial Statements are free from error or fraud.
-Issue a complete set of Financial Statements periodically and on a timely basis.

Stays ahead of global and regional competitor/industry trends across retail, ecommerce, tech, private label, creative/marketing, and logistics to continuously provide strategic people advice that provides competitive advantage opportunities. Manage shift-level staffing, floor allocation, and service flow across sections during peak season. Oversee the Head Waiter and waitstaff team, ensuring service standards and pace are maintained. Handle escalated guest issues and service recovery on the floor. Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and Guest Relations to align floor operations with guest flow. Support pre-service briefings and floor readiness ahead of peak periods and events. Monitor floor presentation, cleanliness, and setup standards throughout service. Support end-of-shift reporting and handover to management. Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.<br>Ideal Candidate:<br>Minimum 3-4 years' floor/service experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity. Experience within luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end beach club/restaurant venues. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a floor team under high-volume, fast-paced conditions. Comfortable working a fixed-term seasonal contract. Good English communication skills; French, Arabic, or Russian an advantage. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays throughout the season.

· Proven track record with Tier 1 UAE contractors on large-scale building/villa projects.
· In-depth knowledge of UAE authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi DM, Trakhees, etc.).
