Job Summary The IT Executive will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user support. The role requires hands-on technical expertise in network configuration, security, system maintenance, and providing timely IT assistance to ensure smooth business operations.<br>Key Responsibilities• Hands-on experience in Mac Book configurations.• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.• Troubleshoot network issues (e.g., connectivity, performance, security) and provide timely resolutions.• Perform routine network monitoring and ensure network performance and availability meet company requirements.• Help configure and maintain network devices such as VLANs, subnets, IP routing, and VPNs.• Assist in the setup and maintenance of internal and external network systems, includinglocal area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and cloud-based networks.• Configuration, troubleshooting, and management of database storage servers and cloud servers.• Support network security efforts by assisting with firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN configurations.• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.• Participate in network performance optimization and capacity planning activities.• Assist in the management of network access control and network traffic analysis.• Provide support for end-users regardingnetwork-related issues, both in person and remotely.• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of network-related systems.<br>Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.• Proven experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.• Hands-on experience with Mac Book configuration and troubleshooting.• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, VLANs, IP routing, VPNs, and firewalls.• Experience with server management, database storage systems, and cloud environments.• Knowledge of network security practices and troubleshooting methodologies.• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with IT teams.
IT<br><br> Emirates Hills<br><br>IT Specialist<br><br>Our IT Team is growing!<br><br>Role Purpose<br><br>We are seeking an IT Specialist to support the day-to-day technology needs of the business across office, operational, and site environments. The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting users, resolving technical issues, coordinating system access, and ensuring that hardware, software, networks, and business systems remain secure, available, and fit for operational use.<br><br>This is a hands-on operational role suited to an IT professional who can balance user support with technical discipline, system administration, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and IT governance. The role is particularly important in a multi-site environment where business continuity, speed of issue resolution, and standardisation across locations are critical.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Day-to-Day IT Support<br><br>Serve as the first point of contact for all internal IT support requests (helpdesk, troubleshooting, escalation). Set up, configure, and maintain employee laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across all platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.). Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly to minimise downtime.<br><br>Infrastructure & Network<br><br>Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points. Ensure reliable internet connectivity and VPN access for all staff. Maintain server environments (physical or cloud-based) and ensure regular backups are in place and tested.<br><br>Security & Compliance<br><br>Implement and enforce IT security policies including antivirus, patch management, and data protection. Monitor for security threats and respond to incidents in a timely manner. Ensure all software licenses are current and compliant. Systems & Software Management Manage and update software deployments and internal tools. Document IT processes, asset inventory, and system configurations. Projects & Improvements Identify opportunities to improve IT efficiency and reduce friction for the team. Support the rollout of new tools, systems, or infrastructure upgrades.<br><br>Required Experience & Profile<br><br>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Basic knowledge of hardware, software, printers, networking, Microsoft 365, and user support processes. Strong problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and a service-oriented attitude. Good communication and organisational skills. Prior internship, academic project, or entry-level IT support exposure is an advantage, but not essential.<br><br>Entry-Level Consideration<br><br>This role is also open to fresh graduates and early-career IT professionals who meet the basic technical requirements and are eager to learn.
