<p>We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Commercial & Contracts Specialist for our CCGT power plant construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of EPC and subcontracts, focusing on upstream/downstream settlements, strategic claims management against the Employer, and ensuring local compliance (ICV).
