Periodical checking of vehicle traffic fines and its recovery from the violators, etc.</p></li><li><p>Monitoring drivers’ working hours, overtime work, evaluating drivers’ performance, dealing with the traffic authorities concerned for the necessary vehicle permits.</p></li><li><p>Prepares the hired vehicles time sheet every month, present it to the Management for approval then submit it to the Finance Department.</p></li></ul><p>CAMP ADMINISTRATION</p><ul><li><p>Managed the Camp administration for the workforce of more than 10,000 Employees. Job Summary
<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager</strong> to oversee production planning, scheduling, inventory control and manufacturing coordination within a perfume manufacturing environment.</p><br>
<p>The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient utilisation of production resources, timely manufacturing and order fulfilment, optimal inventory levels and effective coordination across Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, Sales and other relevant functions.</p><br>
<p>The successful candidate will bring strong production planning, MRP, inventory management and ERP expertise, with the ability to optimise capacity, improve manufacturing efficiency and support continuous cost and process improvements.</p><br>
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Scheduling
<ul><li>Develop daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, customer demand and inventory requirements.</li><li>Translate demand forecasts into practical production schedules and manufacturing priorities.</li><li>Monitor production schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment.</li><li>Balance production capacity, material availability, manpower and machine utilisation.</li><li>Identify potential production constraints and implement corrective actions.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure availability of materials required for production.</li><li>Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods and finished-product inventories.</li><li>Prevent production disruptions caused by material shortages.</li><li>Work with Procurement to minimise excess inventory and optimise stock levels.</li><li>Establish appropriate inventory planning parameters based on demand, lead times and production requirements.</li><li>Identify slow-moving, excess and potentially obsolete inventory.</li></ul>
4. Capacity & Resource Planning
<ul><li>Optimise machine utilisation and production capacity.</li><li>Plan manpower allocation according to production requirements.</li><li>Identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints across manufacturing operations.</li><li>Develop capacity plans to support current and future production requirements.</li><li>Recommend resource or process changes required to improve manufacturing throughput.</li></ul>
5. Production Performance & KPI Management
<ul><li>Monitor key manufacturing KPIs including production output, downtime, waste, efficiency and schedule adherence.</li><li>Analyse production performance and identify root causes of inefficiencies.</li><li>Prepare regular production performance reports for management.</li><li>Track production plan versus actual output and implement corrective actions where required.</li><li>Develop actionable insights to improve productivity, efficiency and resource utilisation.</li></ul>
6. Manufacturing Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
<ul><li>Identify and implement initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.</li><li>Drive reduction of production waste, downtime and avoidable resource consumption.</li><li>Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Review production processes and recommend improvements in workflow, capacity utilisation and resource allocation.</li><li>Work with relevant teams to improve overall manufacturing productivity.</li></ul>
7. Quality, Safety & Compliance
<ul><li>Ensure production planning and execution are aligned with applicable quality and safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate with Quality Assurance to address production-related quality issues.</li><li>Ensure production processes and schedules support consistent product quality.</li><li>Escalate operational risks that may affect quality, safety, delivery or customer commitments.</li></ul>
8. ERP & Production Systems

Qualifications & Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management</strong> or a related discipline.</li><li><strong>5–8 years of experience</strong> in production planning and control.</li><li>Experience within <strong>perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical or manufacturing</strong> environments is strongly preferred.</li><li>UAE experience is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience managing production schedules, MRP, inventory and manufacturing coordination.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams across Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales and Quality.</li></ul>
