The unit’s core responsibility is to increase the market share of Personal loan Business and function in line with the Group’s overall business strategy.</p><br><p>This unit is responsible to bring new companies to the bank’s approved list of employers and capitalize on these relationships to increase acquisition of retail banking products. </p><br><p>The unit will also focus on cross selling of other retail banking products such as accounts, credit cards, Bancassurance, etc. to increase the profitability of the unit and the overall revenue for Retail Bank.</p><br><ul><li>To increase sales acquisition of Personal loans in retail banking.</li><li>Unique contribution of job holder is to achieve given targets and provide new and existing customers high standards of customer service.</li><li>Provide professional and expert advice on products & services to customers and business leads to other units to ensure that business opportunities are realized.</li><li>To proactively contact customers in portfolio in order to capture higher share of wallet by cross-selling products and marketing new products and services.</li><li>Accountable for regular monitoring of client satisfaction and service quality levels by ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.</li></ul><p>Education:</p><br><ul><li>1-2 years’ experience in UAE is mandatory</li><li>Bachelor's degree</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><br><ul><li>Banking / Retail Sales </li><li>International / GCC and UAE</li><li>Selling & Marketing Skills</li></ul><p>Knowledge & Skills:</p><br><ul><li>Basic Knowledge of operating systems</li><li>Selling & Marketing Skills</li><li>Having good inter/intra-Personal Skills</li><li>Driving license is mandatory</li></ul><p>Behavioral Competencies:</p><br><ul><li>Excellent</li><li>Acceptable & Good Team Player</li><li>Self-Motivated / Hardworking / Focused & Enthusiastic </li></ul><br> </div>
