<p>The BIM manager is an experienced design team member who will be assigned to review the deliverables of the existing design and construction team during the implementation of projects.</p>
<p>The BIM manager will put in place all BIM requirements for each project. This will include preparing and reviewing the BIM Execution Plan, LOD matrix, modelling methodology, coordination strategy, collaboration and exchange timeframe, file formats, and other requirements and ensure it is communicated to all consultants and contractors involved in the project.</p>
<p>Duties shall include auditing design and construction models to ensure consistency, looking at the information attached to the geometry for scheduling and BOQs purposes, overlapping or duplicating geometries, warnings, file sizes, over modelling, etc. This model audit will be performed at each submission from the consultants and/or contractors. This audit will help reduce the amounts of utility clashes, better understand potential problems in the files, and ensure accurate scheduling and BOQs.</p>

The position serves as a strategic business partner to Project Management and Head Office, ensuring that site manpower resources, employee welfare, compliance, operational efficiency, and organizational capability support the successful delivery of EPC projects while maintaining the highest standards of governance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with project and corporate objectives.

• Prepare workforce plans and manpower forecasts in coordination with project management and department heads.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – HR Operations (Offboarding) to lead and manage the complete employee offboarding lifecycle. The ideal candidate must have extensive UAE HR operations experience, with strong knowledge of end-of-service calculations, labor law, visa cancellation procedures, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process.
Handle all resignation, termination, retirement, and contract completion cases.
Calculate End of Service Benefits (EOSB) accurately in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
Process employee final settlements, leave encashment, deductions, and all final dues.
Coordinate labor cancellation, visa cancellation, Emirates ID cancellation, and related government procedures.
Ensure timely clearance from all internal departments before employee exit.
Prepare and review final settlement documents and exit documentation.
Lead and supervise the HR Offboarding team, ensuring service excellence and SLA compliance.
Review reports, monitor KPIs, and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Handle employee queries related to offboarding and final settlements.
</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–15 years of HR Operations experience, with significant experience in Offboarding.
Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, End of Service Benefits (EOSB), final settlement calculations, and labor/visa cancellation procedures.
Experience managing and leading a team, with direct reports.
Hands-on experience with HRMS and government portals (MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, and related systems).
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Experience in large organizations with high employee volumes.
Immediate availability or short notice period is an advantage.

<p><strong>HR Operations & Administration</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system and personnel files.</p></li><li><p>Process employee transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, resignations, and terminations.</p></li><li><p>Prepare HR letters, certificates, employment-related documents, and other HR correspondence.</p></li><li><p>Monitor employee documentation and ensure required records are complete and properly maintained.</p></li><li><p>Respond to employee HR queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.</p></li></ul><p><strong>B. Recruitment & Onboarding</strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate recruitment activities from requisition through onboarding.</p></li><li><p>Post vacancies, screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments with hiring managers.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate offer letters, employment documentation, and pre-employment requirements.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate new employee onboarding and ensure completion of required documentation and induction activities.</p></li><li><p>Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular recruitment status updates.</p></li></ul><p><strong>C. We are seeking an experienced Program Director to join a major new rail programme.<br>The successful candidate will take a senior leadership position, overseeing project delivery and working with a highly experienced international team.<br>This is a long-term opportunity offering the chance to play a key role in the delivery of a major transport infrastructure programme.<br>Key Responsibilities Provide senior leadership and strategic direction across the project. Oversee the successful delivery of major rail infrastructure works. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and contractors. Manage programme, budget, risk, quality and overall project performance. Drive effective coordination between the JV partners, client, PMC and delivery teams. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical, safety and quality requirements. Provide senior-level reporting and stakeholder management. Identify and resolve complex project issues and delivery risks. Ensure effective integration of tunnelling and wider rail infrastructure works.<br>Requirements Extensive experience working on major rail infrastructure projects. Proven experience at Project Director / Programme Director / senior project leadership level. Strong experience delivering high-value, complex rail programmes. Significant tunnelling experience is desirable Experience working across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of project controls, programme management, commercial delivery and risk. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. International project experience is preferred. Minimum of 25 years experience in the sector with demonstrable delivery experience on major rail or transport infrastructure projects. GCC experience would be highly preferred.
