Senior Manager Baa S Client Solutions & Product Initiatives will be responsible to support our Baa S clients & key product initiatives supporting the growth and delivery of ruya’s Banking-as-a-Service proposition.<br>Key responsibilities:1. Partner Account Management Act as a key point of contact for selected Baa S partners, supporting ongoing engagement, servicing, reporting & issue resolution. Help manage day-to-day partner requests and ensure clear communication between external partners and ruya teams. Support the Head of Fintech Partnerships in managing relationships with fintechs, digital asset firms, lenders, payment companies, and embedded finance partners. Knowledge in Modular Plastic - UPVC, PP-R, and CPVC piping systems Driving License Mandatory. Experience working with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, ADSSC/ADDC) for regulatory approvals and compliance.<br><br>Role Purpose The Specification Manager will serve as the primary technical and commercial liaison between Modern Plastic Industry LLC and the construction design community. The core objective is to ensure MPI products are specified and approved by major MEP consultants, architects, developers, and government authorities during the design and pre-tender phases of projects across the UAE. Key Responsibilities Specification & Consultant Management<br><br>Engage proactively with top-tier MEP consultants and architectural firms to secure MPI’s inclusion in their Approved Vendor Lists (AVL). Identify and monitor mega-projects and infrastructure developments in early design stages to ensure brand-lock and specification. Conduct technical presentations, “Lunch & Learn” sessions, and CPD seminars to demonstrate MPI systems’ performance, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.<br><br>Government & Authority Liaison<br><br>Act as the primary contact for UAE government bodies (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, ADSSC/ADDC). Ensure product certifications, test reports, and technical dossiers meet local regulatory requirements in both Arabic and English. Oversee submission and follow-up processes for technical approval certificates.<br><br>Strategic Coordination & Technical Support<br><br>Provide strategic market intelligence to the Director, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and project pipeline health. Review project specifications and BOQs to deliver value-engineered solutions favoring MPI products. Collaborate with Sales and Estimation teams to ensure specified projects transition smoothly to procurement.<br><br>Candidate Profile Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s Degree. Professional-level English (mandatory); Arabic fluency is an advantage. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical specification, MEP consulting, or business development within the UAE construction market.<br><br>Skills & Competencies<br><br>Strong network within major consultancy firms (AECOM, WSP, Atkins Réalis, Khatib & Alami).
