• Screens telephone calls, confirms appointments, conducts research, scans and prints publications and compiles materials.<br>
• Arranging and scheduling appointments, organizing paperwork, handling travel arrangements, ordering office supplies and managing information access through the use of telephones, mail and electronic messaging.<br>
• Keeps the filing system up-to-date including all retail files. Maintains trace file and bring forward daily items to act on appropriate tasks.<br>
