Conduct regular inspections of outlet facilities and equipment, coordinating maintenance requirements through appropriate channels. Ensure team members maintain professional grooming, uniform standards, and a consistent representation of the Anantara brand. Support the implementation of effective training programmes for new and existing team members, encouraging continuous learning and development. Job Purpose<br><br>Plan, execute and supervise daily marine operations of ADNOC Distribution tanker fleet vessels in order to ensure cargo is handled safely and in line with operating targets and applicable regulations and standards.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities<br><br>Operations Management<br><br> Coordinate with ship masters of ADNOC’s chartered tankers providing guidance in the related areas encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes to ensure tanker operations targets are met. Ensure the cargo handling it is done in accordance with approved safety and operational efficiency standards and procedures and ensure adequate reporting. Supervise day-to-day operations and handling of the tankers and verify reports and logbooks to ensure that ships are being operated safely and in compliance with ADNOC’s procedures and international flag state laws. Plan voyages and use in-house monitoring systems to monitor vessel operations including ship/ shore loading efficiency, passage performance, ship performance, ship condition, cargo measurement, crew, and ship operation standards in order to identify and resolve any issues. Administer the ship vetting/ inspection system and direct ships officers on such matters and on monitoring ship/ shore interface. Liaise with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels, including legal and insurance departments, customers, terminal operators and discharging ports, to ensure smooth flow of ship operations. Supervise tanker operations onshore and offshore staff, contributing to their performance management, recruitment, training and development to ensure high-level of engagement and a motivated work environment. Plan and controls discharge orders to ensure the economic turnaround of vessels in order to avoid delays in discharge and consequent demurrage claims. This includes coordinating with suppliers, ship owners, port authorities, shipping agents, terminal operations personnel and other users of the port facilities and ensuring that the nominated vessels do not clash with vessels of other users and that the vessels comply with all port terminal regulations. Execute the monthly nomination and 13 weeks plan and coordinate with ADNOC Marketing to send timely cargo nominations and with receiving terminals to ensure berths and ullage availability. Creates and control all system transactions (GRNs, PTNs, PDNs, PINs) in ERP system to match loading and discharge operations transactions. In time processing of invoices related to Charter, Agents, Third Party Inspection company & Ports authorities.<br><br>Maintenance<br><br> Ensure all ships comply with international and flag state laws to make sure that ships are capable of performing the intended voyages. Ensure compliance with all national, International, company and class standards as well as the hull and deck maintenance for the fleet. We deliver engaging baking workshops in schools across the UAE, combining fun with learning in a safe, organised and inspiring environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and confident ECA Coordinator to lead and manage our after-school baking programmes.<br>About the role As the ECA Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring Super Bakers workshops are delivered to the highest standard across our partner schools. You will coordinate facilitators, prepare for sessions, lead demonstrations, maintain quality standards and ensure every child enjoys an engaging and memorable baking experience. This is a hands-on role combining coordination, teaching and leadership.<br>Key Responsibilities Programme coordination Coordinate all assigned school ECA sessions. Prepare for each workshop with the support of Super Bakers facilitators. Ensure all ingredients, equipment and materials are ready before each session. Coordinate meeting locations, arrival times and logistics with facilitators. JOB PURPOSE:<br><br>supervise all wellsite completion operations including hydraulic fracturing, prefrac intervention or toe<br><br>preparation, wireline pump down perforating, frac plug milling, flowback, testing, and equipment handling<br><br>ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution in alignment with approved engineering programmes. The role<br><br>is responsible for maintaining well integrity, enforcing HSE standards, coordinating multi contractor activities,<br><br>and delivering accurate operational and cost reporting. And this has established our reputation for world-leading aircraft maintenance.<br><br>Support Purchasing of Aircraft Spares, Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE), Tools, Consumables and Modification/Retrofit Materials required by Engineering in order to support the business to maintain desired Aircraft dispatch reliability standards.<br><br>In This Role You Will<br><br>Support timely sourcing (where applicable), purchasing and borrowing of limited assigned group of items, including BFE and Retrofit/Mod items and breakdown spares of in-house repairable items in line with the Procurement policy, EK Engineering Procedures and Authority Manual to effectively support daily operations, fleet improvement and fleet growth/phase out plan. Assist in meeting objectives of supply chain management on weekly, monthly and annual basis to measure and control Overdue Orders, Backlogs, Vendor Performance and other agreed strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Highlight critical service delivery failures and escalate corrective actions to maintain performance, productivity and delivery at the agreed level. Support in Price & Lead Time review in collaboration with Contracts Management Unit (CMU) to identify and challenge vendors on any variance not in line with the relevant contract (like: Boeing PSAA, Airbus SSC, EK agreements, etc.) and address such changes and any other issues with Vendors. Assist in clearing Invoice and Stores Discrepancies through efficient coordination with internal stakeholder / Vendors to avoid backlogs, quarantine stock build up and credit holds. In case of any backlog build up, support corrective action where required. For limited scope of parts and vendors, prepare and execute where applicable Request for Quotations (RFQ), shortlist, analyse, and negotiate for the best quote and terms of business (price, availability/lead time, quality, INCOTERM and payment terms), and authorise release purchase orders for values up to assigned financial limit. For values above financial limit, recommend for approval from competent authority prior to release. Prepare and execute EK Engineering related Service Order post receipt of approved RFS (Request for Service) and valid Vendor quotation/contract from requesting stakeholder. Inform Group Accounts Payable (GAPS) to proceed with the invoice payment once requesting stakeholder confirms successful completion of required service by Vendor. Assist in BFE list evaluation for new aircraft delivery, major retrofits and validation of contractual pricing against approved budget. Follow-up on BFE orders until delivery based on On-Dock Date (ODD) and invoice clearance. Maintain effective relationship with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure on time delivery of required materials, support cost optimisation opportunities where possible and maintain a positive and responsive approach towards problem resolution to enhance productivity and quality of service.<br><br>Qualification<br><br>To be considered for the role, you should meet the below requirements:<br><br>10 yrs schooling may be considered with 2 additional years of relevant experience. Industry experience in Supply Chain is preferable (Warehouse and Logistics, Repair Management, Material Planning/Support & Inventory Control, Technical Purchasing). Aircraft maintenance spares purchasing experience is preferable. Airlines or MRO (Maintenance Repair Organization) work experience will also be considered. Knowledge of purchasing, inventory systems, models and principles of forecasting, material management.
