Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service periods, ensuring adequate coverage and consistent delivery of quality food and beverage experiences. Conduct regular inspections of outlet facilities and equipment, coordinating maintenance requirements through appropriate channels. Ensure team members maintain professional grooming, uniform standards, and a consistent representation of the Anantara brand. Support the implementation of effective training programmes for new and existing team members, encouraging continuous learning and development. Build trust and respect within the team through effective communication, coaching, recognition, and fair performance management practices. Encourage team members to take ownership and resolve guest concerns through empowerment and proactive service.
