The Contract Manager will be responsible for protecting the company's commercial interests across several active projects by managing contract administration, contractual correspondence, variation orders, and claims management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration across multiple concurrent projects.
- Identify contractual risks, change orders, delays, and claim opportunities.
- Prepare, submit, and negotiate variation orders and extension of time (EOT) claims.
- Develop comprehensive claim documentation including contractual justification, cost build-up, supporting evidence, and time impact analysis.
- Maintain an accurate claims register, tracking progress and recovery status.
- Draft contractual notices, formal correspondence, and commercial communications.
- Monitor contractual obligations, notice periods, and key milestones.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, QS teams, and site personnel to capture claimable events promptly.
- Ensure complete contractual records and documentation are maintained.
