We are looking for an experienced salesperson with live contacts in the procurement departments of UAE manufacturers — whether you have sold them ingredients, raw materials, packaging, labels or cartons. About Price Grip (and why this is easy to sell) At Price Grip (pricegrip.io) we have built an AI-powered system for automated price negotiation. Manufacturers overpay for ingredients, raw materials, packaging and labels — not because they have to, but because they don't have the time or the tools to test the market regularly. Our system runs blind, multi-round price competitions among qualified suppliers — including the client's current supplier. No bidder sees another bidder's price. Nothing changes except the price: same specification, same quality, same commercial terms, no IT implementation on the client's side. The decision always stays with the client. Completed processes to date have delivered savings of 8% to 74,52%, averaging 27%. One more thing that makes doors open: Price Grip's founder is himself the CEO of a European supplements and sports-nutrition manufacturer with a 90% export share. He is not a software vendor explaining procurement to manufacturers — he is a manufacturer who buys the same categories every month. The product works. The results are documented. What we need in the UAE now is someone who can open the right doors and get the owner, CFO or procurement head into a conversation — because you already know what those doors look like, and often hold the key. Who we are really looking for (read this before applying) This role is for an experienced salesperson who sells to manufacturers of dietary supplements, food & beverage, or cosmetics or chemical producers in the UAE and knows their owners, CEOs or procurement departments from the inside. It does not matter whether you sold them raw materials, active ingredients, packaging, labels or cartons — what matters is that you have access to these companies and know the people on the buying side. Applications without proven sales experience to manufacturers in these industries will not be considered. This is not a role for someone who wants to learn the market — that is the one thing we cannot teach. We are looking for someone who:has worked as a salesperson (or buyer) serving chemicals / supplement / food / cosmetics manufacturers — selling them ingredients, raw materials, packaging, labels, cartons or other production inputs, has a real network and database of manufacturers in these industries in the UAE,knows how to reach the procurement department and who to talk to,understands how the person on the buying side thinks and decides. Your network on the procurement side is the most valuable asset you bring — regardless of what you sold these companies before. What the work looks like The salesperson's job is the same in every industry: build the relationship, reach the decision maker, present the value, close. Here it looks like this:You contact manufacturing companies across the UAEYou reach procurement departments, owners and CFOs — the people who feel margin pressure directly You present Price Grip and show one concrete benefit: lower purchase costs with zero change in quality You open with a risk-free entry: a free Savings Test on 10 purchase items of the client's choosing — in about 30 days they receive a written report showing, item by item, the best price achievable in the market versus what they pay today You lead the conversation to the first paid invoice — that is the sale You use your own contacts and databases to open conversations faster Fully remote. No field visits required. This is a job for the phone, email and video calls — not a car. Why the UAE, why now In UAE food and beverage manufacturing, 85–90% of inputs are imported — these companies already buy on the international market; the only question is whether at the best available price The UAE food sector alone counts around 2,000 companies, and government policy keeps adding capacity: Abu Dhabi issued 411 new industrial licences in 2025 (+20% year on year) Newly commissioned plants have no ten-year supplier relationships to defend — they simply want the best market price The market is large, growing and underserved. The more you close, the more you earn. What we require Proven sales experience to manufacturers of dietary supplements, food, chemical or cosmetics — ingredients, raw materials, packaging, labels or other production inputs (must-have) Contacts in, and working knowledge of, procurement departments in these industries Self-management — you can structure your own day and drive a deal to the finish without supervision Confidence in conversations with owners and CFOs, and resilience to "no"Fluent business English (Arabic is a plus); confident use of computers and online tools A results-and-commission mindset — not a clock-in mindset What we offer High commission for every client you close. Full details of the fee structure in the first interview Base salary — we invest in people who deliver A large, uncapped market: hundreds of manufacturers across the UAE. Your ceiling is your own activity Ready-made sales process, materials and full training on selling our solution A product with hard, documented results that genuinely saves the client money (which makes it easier to sell) Independence and trust — we measure outcomes, not hours online Long-term cooperation and growth with a fast-scaling European AI / Saa S company entering the UAE market Engagement is on an independent, contract basis (this is not visa-sponsored employment). How to apply (please read — this is part of the recruitment) Sales starts with precision and reading carefully, so we test for it from the first email:Send your CV to john@pricegrip.ioPut the word MANUFACTURERS in the subject line In the body, in 2–3 sentences, tell us: which manufacturers you sold to and what you sold them (ingredients, packaging, labels…), plus one concrete example of a contract, client or procurement contact you won Applications without the word MANUFACTURERS in the subject line, or without described experience selling to manufacturers in these industries, will not be considered. We read applications as they arrive and speak with the best candidates immediately. If you have the experience and the contacts — don't wait, write today. Before you apply, see how the system works: pricegrip.io Amer Pharma Sp. z o.o. Just for information, I can always, in addition to email, be reached at my mobile/whatsapp at +48601934932 Thank you and have a great day,

About Assetize Assetize is a platform for the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs). We take institutional-grade assets, and the income they produce, and issue them on-chain as compliant, tokenized instruments that are simpler to access, hold and trade than their traditional counterparts. Our aim is to open the returns of real-world assets to a global, on-chain market, without compromising the standards institutional investors expect. Tokenized real-world assets are one of the fastest-growing areas in digital assets, and Assetize is being built to be a serious, institutional-grade player in it. We are early, well-backed and moving fast, which makes this a rare chance to own the commercial function from the ground up and shape how tokenized assets reach the market.<br>The role We are hiring a Head of Partnerships to own the origination and closing of the relationships that drive our real-world asset tokenization business: the counterparties that supply on-chain yield, and the platforms that give tokenized RWAs their distribution. That means exchanges, fintechs, neobanks, crypto foundations and treasuries, custodians, capital-markets desks and market-makers. This is a hands-on, senior role, not a management seat. You will build the pipeline from zero, run outreach end to end, and carry deals over the line yourself. As the function proves out, there is a clear path to building and leading a team beneath you.<br>What you will do• Build and work a target pipeline of the counterparties above, from cold identification through to a signed partnership.• Run outreach end to end: identify the right people, open the conversation, pitch Assetize and our tokenized RWA products, negotiate commercial terms and close.• Originate partnerships that bring both on-chain yield sources and distribution for tokenized real-world assets, and manage those relationships once they are live.• Represent Assetize and the case for RWA tokenization with credibility at conferences, with intermediaries and in front of institutional counterparties.• Work closely with legal and compliance to structure partnerships within the platform's regulatory and offer-route framework, not around it.• Feed insight back to product on what partners and the RWA market actually need, so what we tokenize reflects real demand.• Report on pipeline, conversion and the capacity you unlock, and own your numbers.<br>What we are looking for• Four to eight years in business development or partnerships, with at least two to three in crypto, Web3, digital assets or real-world asset tokenization.• A live network with the exact counterparty types we target: exchanges, foundations, custodians, neobanks, fintechs, capital-markets desks and market-makers. You have closed real deals, not just managed inbound accounts.• Genuine understanding of real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and on-chain yield, credible enough to hold a technical and commercial conversation without a solutions engineer in the room.• Comfort operating inside a regulated, compliance-heavy structure, and the judgement to work within constraints rather than treat them as obstacles.• A startup temperament: you build pipeline from nothing, do your own outreach and do not need a marketing engine behind you to generate meetings.• Strong negotiation and deal-structuring ability, and the discipline to run a clean pipeline.<br>Bonus points• Existing relationships at exchanges, foundations, neobanks or RWA protocols we are already targeting.• A visible presence and personal brand in the digital-asset or RWA tokenization space.• Experience taking a new tokenization or capital-markets product to market, rather than selling an established brand.<br>How we work Fully remote, with the flexibility that comes with it and the accountability that has to come with it too. We care about pipeline and closed partnerships, not hours logged. Compensation is a competitive base plus meaningful performance-linked upside tied to the partnerships you land, with equity available for the right person.

Every day, real people are making real calls, chasing real targets, winning real deals — and losing them. We are going to film all of it. Not as a polished corporate video. Not as a scripted brand campaign. As a genuine, unscripted, character-driven reality show set on a live sales floor — and we need the person who will build it, run it, and make it the most compelling business content in the region. This role does not exist anywhere else in the GCC. Possibly anywhere in the world. <br><strong>What You Will Actually Do </strong><br><strong>Build the Show</strong> Design the editorial framework for the Sales Floor content operation — the formats, the recurring segments, the weekly narrative structure, the monthly “season finale” format Develop the character system: identify the 8–12 agents whose stories will anchor the content, track their arcs across months, and build the audience’s emotional investment in their outcomes Create the content bible — the internal document that governs every piece of content produced, from a 15-second agent post to a 20-minute weekly episode Establish the tone: raw enough to be real, produced enough to be watchable, honest enough to be trusted <br><strong>Run the Production</strong> Hire, manage, and direct a team of 3 field videographers, 2 editors, and 1 social media scheduler Build and own the daily production schedule: morning briefings, floor coverage rotation, same-day edit turnaround, posting calendar Implement and enforce the 21-Day Habituation Protocol — the process by which 160 agents stop performing for the camera and start ignoring it Manage the equipment inventory, the edit suite workflow, and the content approval process Brief and direct any external agency partners on quarterly brand films and high-production deliverables <strong>Own the Strategy</strong> Own the content KPIs: follower growth, engagement rate, content-influenced deal rate, content-sourced revenue, sales cycle length reduction Build and maintain the agent personal brand system: daily post formats, weekly accountability check-ins, Creator Bonus tracking Identify viral moments in real time and execute the response protocol within 30 minutes of the moment occurring Present monthly content performance reports to the leadership team with clear attribution to business outcomes — not just views and followers Develop and update the rolling 3-month content roadmap based on what is working</p><p><strong>Coach the Talent</strong> Run the weekly 15-minute Team Leader content briefing every Sunday Conduct monthly 1-on-1 content coaching sessions with the 8–12 anchor characters Build and deliver the agent content onboarding program for all 160 agents Identify struggling agents and develop individual content plans that fit their personality and comfort level Protect the authenticity of the content by building genuine relationships with agents — not just extracting footage from the</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>The Profile We Are Looking For Non-Negotiable Experience</strong></p><p>You must have done at least one of the following at a high level:</p><ol><li><p><strong>Produced or directed a reality television show, docuseries, or long-form documentary</strong></p></li></ol><p>— you understand narrative arcs, character development, and how to make real people</p><p>compelling on camera</p><ol start="2"><li><p><strong>Built and run a YouTube channel or social media account to 500,000+ followers</strong> — you</p></li></ol><p>understand retention mechanics, thumbnail psychology, and why people come back for the</p><p>next episode</p><ol start="3"><li><p><strong>Run a content operation for a high-growth company</strong> — you have managed a team,</p></li></ol><p>owned KPIs, and connected content output to business outcomes in a way you can prove</p><p>with data</p><p>Ideally, you have done two of the three.</p><p>What You Must Genuinely Be</p><p><strong>A storyteller first. </strong>You watch a sales agent lose a deal and you immediately see three different</p><p>stories you could tell about it. You understand that the same moment — a rejection, a</p><p>breakthrough, a team argument — can be told in a way that makes the audience feel something</p><p>or in a way that makes them scroll past. You know the difference, and you know how to get the</p><p>former every time.</p><p><strong>Obsessed with authenticity</strong>. You have a methodology for building trust with people who are not natural performers, and</p><p>you can describe it in specific, practical terms.</p><p><strong>A talent developer.</strong> The best show runners in history are known for finding the humanity in</p><p>ordinary people and making audiences care about them.
