Managing the tendering and awarding process and procedures, ensuring the selection of qualified contractors for bidding and awarding of work within established parameters, fostering competitive procurement practices and securing the best value for the project.<br>What you already have...<br>Graduate in Contracts Management/ Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or related field. Certified Contract Manager (CCM) / Professional Contract Manager (PCM) / Certified Public Procurement (CPP)- preferred Strong knowledge in FIDIC suite of contracts Skilled in Project Management (preferred), Quantity Survey (requirement) and Risk Management (preferred). Strong understanding of contract law, construction law, and relevant business law principles. Min. 3-5 years of experience with at least 3 years involvement in administering contracts.
