We are now hiring a hands-on commercial lead to grow buyer demand and build lasting relationships with organizations that regularly book venues. <br>The role: Your mission is to generate a consistent flow of qualified venue inquiries from corporate buyers and event agencies, turn first-time users into repeat customers, and convert that demand into confirmed bookings and growth in this unit's revenue.<br>You will personally acquire new buyers, reactivate previous enquirers, secure live event briefs and develop repeat usage across both our direct marketplace and managed sourcing service. This is a hands-on role,you will build and execute the approach, not rely on a team to do the prospecting.<br>Key responsibilities:Acquiring corporate and agency buyers through targeted outreach, meetings, introductions and structured follow-up. Building relationships with decision-makers across HR, marketing, procurement, workplace, executive support and event agencies. Reactivating previous Venue Wise buyers and converting upcoming requirements into genuine briefs. Developing repeat accounts by understanding clients’ event calendars and building relationships across departments. Creating referral relationships with event agencies, DMCs, corporate-booker communities and business networks. Qualifying opportunities and directing buyers to the appropriate marketplace or managed-sourcing service. Working with our sourcing team to convert acquired demand into confirmed bookings and revenue. Maintaining an accurate, measurable CRM pipeline and sharing buyer feedback with the Growth team.<br>Success will be measured through:Qualified unique event briefs generated. New and reactivated accounts submitting a first brief. Repeat requirements from acquired accounts. Confirmed bookings and revenue generated from the accounts you acquire,tracked with Growth and sourcing.<br>What we’re looking for:At least five years of relevant B2B business-development experience within corporate events, MICE, venue sourcing, destination management, event agencies, or hotel corporate/MICE sales. At least three years of relevant experience in the UAE or wider GCC. A proven record of personally winning corporate or agency customers through proactive prospecting. Established relationships with UAE corporate event decision-makers and/or agency bookers. Evidence of converting first-time customers into repeat accounts. Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills. A practical understanding of event briefs and venue-sourcing workflows. Disciplined CRM use, reliable follow-up and clear reporting. Fluent professional English and the ability to attend meetings and industry events across the UAE.<br>*Experience with Zoho CRM, digital marketplaces and Arabic or other relevant languages would be an advantage.<br>The Salary ;The role offers a base salary of AED 15,000–18,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
