Develop annual operational plans, KPIs, budgets, and performance measures. Manage the section team members, including recruitment, performance management, coaching, succession planning, and professional development. Oversees planning, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of all of community engagement and accessibility programmes. Oversee section policies, standards, and guidelines that embed accessibility across all museum functions. Ensure accessibility is integrated into strategic planning, visitor experience, exhibitions, programmes, digital content, publications, events, procurement, and capital projects. Represent the museum on accessibility, inclusion, and community engagement matters locally and internationally. Museum-wide Accessibility Act as the museum’s accessibility subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and collaborating across departments to embed accessibility and inclusive practices throughout exhibitions, programmes, visitor services, communications, digital platforms, and the built environment. Community Engagement Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with community organisations, government entities, NGOs, educational institutions, healthcare providers, disability organisations, senior communities, and cultural stakeholders to strengthen the museum’s reach, relevance, and role as a trusted community resource. Champion the meaningful participation of People of Determination, their families, seniors, and other audiences who may face barries accessing the museum by identifying these barriers and embedding community perspectives into programme design, audience engagement strategies, and institutional planning. Lead community-centred programmes and cross-functional initiatives, overseeing stakeholder engagement, operational planning, budgets, contracts, logistics, reporting, and evaluation to deliver inclusive, impactful, and sustainable outcomes while responding to emerging community needs and opportunities. Access Programmes and Initiatives Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of access programmes and community engagement initiatives across onsite, offsite, and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality implementation, stakeholder coordination, audience development, and impact assessment. Develop and co-create programmes, activations/campaigns, and awareness initiatives for People of Determination, seniors, individuals living with dementia, and other community targeted audiences, embedding accessibility and inclusive practices across museum services, exhibitions, learning, and public programmes. Establish and manage strategic partnerships with cultural, educational, healthcare, government, non-profit, and community organisations to expand access to culture and deliver innovative outreach initiatives within museums and community settings. Internal Collaboration Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues across the museum, ensuring accessibility and inclusion principles are embedded across exhibitions, programmes, communications, visitor experiences, and the built environment. Lead internal and external accessibility working groups, and deliver training and capacity-building initiatives for staff, volunteers, People of Determination, and senior community stakeholders to foster an inclusive and collaborative culture. Monitoring & Evaluation Establish and monitor accessibility and community engagement KPIs, analyse visitor data, participation trends, and community feedback, and support the evaluation and continuous improvement of programmes and initiatives. Prepare reports and impact assessments for senior leadership, demonstrating programme outcomes, organisational impact, and identifying opportunities for innovation and enhanced accessibility practices. Partnerships & Representation Develop strategic partnerships with local, regional, and international organisations. Represent the museum in conferences, community and working groups, and sector networks. Promote knowledge sharing and position the museum as a regional leader in museum accessibility.<br>Required Qualifications and Experience<br>Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, Museum Education, Accessibility, Disability Studies, Community Engagement, Heritage Management, Social Sciences, Archaeology, Cultural Studies, History, Art History, Education, Museology, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing accessibility strategies, inclusive access programmes, and community engagement initiatives, particularly for People of Determination, seniors, and other underrepresented audiences, with the ability to co-create programmes in partnership with disability-led organisations and community stakeholders. Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility frameworks, including Universal Design principles, the Social Model of Disability, the UAE Universal Design Code, and familiarity with international standards and accessibility legislation such as the ADA, Section 508, BS 8300, and BS 8878. Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating programmes, events, and audience engagement initiatives across onsite, outreach, and digital platforms, using qualitative and quantitative methodologies to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. Experience working within museums, heritage, arts, cultural, education, or community organisations, with a strong understanding of current practices in museum education, audience development, accessibility, and inclusive programming. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage budgets, resources, procurement, and complex initiatives while maintaining effective partnerships across government, education, healthcare, nonprofit, and community sectors. Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence organisational change, advise multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Role Description An Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and certifying aircraft and aircraft components to ensure they remain safe, airworthy, reliable, and compliant with applicable aviation regulations and approved maintenance procedures. The role performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, identifies technical defects, coordinates corrective actions, maintains accurate maintenance records, and supports safe and efficient aircraft operations. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled, preventive, corrective, and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved maintenance procedures. Conduct aircraft inspections, functional checks, system tests, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, avionics, structural, and other aircraft-system faults as applicable to the engineer's specialization. Inspect aircraft structures, engines, landing gear, flight controls, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other components. Carry out maintenance tasks in accordance with approved Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), Structural Repair Manuals (SRM), Job Cards, and other technical documentation. Review and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, engineering instructions, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance data. Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance checks in accordance with approved maintenance programs and aircraft manufacturer requirements. Troubleshoot aircraft defects and identify root causes of technical problems. Remove, install, inspect, repair, replace, and test aircraft components and systems as authorized. Conduct operational and functional tests following maintenance activities to verify aircraft serviceability. Ensure all maintenance work is performed using approved tools, equipment, materials, parts, and procedures. Inspect aircraft components and systems for wear, damage, corrosion, leakage, defects, and abnormal conditions. Verify aircraft configuration, component condition, serviceability, and compliance with applicable technical requirements. Coordinate with maintenance control, engineering, flight operations, quality assurance, planning, stores, and other technical departments. Report aircraft defects, technical discrepancies, safety concerns, and maintenance findings accurately and promptly. Complete maintenance documentation, technical logs, work orders, inspection records, component records, and maintenance release documentation as required. Ensure maintenance records are complete, accurate, traceable, and compliant with regulatory and organizational requirements. Perform aircraft maintenance within approved authorization, license privileges, company procedures, and regulatory limitations. Support aircraft troubleshooting and defect rectification during line and base maintenance activities where applicable. Assist with aircraft recovery, technical support, and maintenance activities during operational disruptions or aircraft-on-ground (AOG) situations. Coordinate with approved maintenance organizations, manufacturers, suppliers, engineering teams, and technical representatives where required. Ensure aircraft parts, components, tools, and materials meet applicable certification, traceability, and quality requirements. Monitor the condition and calibration status of tools, test equipment, and maintenance equipment. Follow strict aircraft maintenance safety procedures, occupational-health requirements, foreign-object-debris (FOD) controls, and workplace safety standards. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, tool control, aircraft protection, and maintenance-area safety. Support quality audits, regulatory inspections, maintenance investigations, and compliance activities. Ensure compliance with applicable ICAO, GCAA, EASA, FAA, aircraft manufacturer, operator, and approved maintenance organization requirements as applicable. Review and implement applicable Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), technical instructions, and engineering orders. Assist with maintenance planning, aircraft downtime management, manpower coordination, and maintenance-resource requirements. Monitor recurring technical defects and support reliability, root-cause, and corrective-action investigations. Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and junior engineering personnel where required. Participate in technical training, competency assessments, safety programs, and professional-development activities. Maintain current knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance technologies, regulatory requirements, manufacturer instructions, and aviation safety practices. Maintain confidentiality of aircraft technical information, operational information, company data, maintenance records, and security-sensitive information. Identify opportunities to improve aircraft reliability, maintenance efficiency, safety performance, technical compliance, and operational readiness. Contribute to continuous improvement of aircraft safety, airworthiness, reliability, maintenance quality, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and technical performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, diploma, or recognized technical qualification in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related aviation discipline, depending on licensing and regulatory requirements. Appropriate aircraft maintenance license or authorization, such as GCAA, EASA Part-66, FAA A&P, or equivalent, is highly advantageous or required depending on the position. Previous experience in aircraft maintenance, line maintenance, base maintenance, MRO, airline maintenance, or an approved maintenance organization is preferred. Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, avionics, engines, and aircraft maintenance practices as applicable. Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance manuals, technical publications, engineering instructions, wiring diagrams, and maintenance documentation. Knowledge of AMM, CMM, SRM, IPC, MEL, CDL, and other relevant aircraft technical documentation is advantageous. Strong understanding of aviation safety, airworthiness requirements, maintenance procedures, human factors, FOD prevention, and quality standards. Familiarity with applicable GCAA, EASA, FAA, ICAO, manufacturer, operator, and MRO requirements is advantageous. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to aircraft safety and maintenance quality. Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings, manuals, engineering instructions, and maintenance data. Strong documentation, reporting, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with aircraft maintenance tracking systems, electronic technical logs, maintenance-management systems, or MRO software is advantageous. Ability to use aircraft maintenance tools, ground-support equipment, test equipment, and specialized technical equipment safely and correctly. Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to aircraft technical issues and AOG situations. Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts, nights, weekends, public holidays, and on-call assignments where required. Strong understanding of aviation regulatory compliance, maintenance record requirements, component traceability, and technical documentation. Relevant aircraft type ratings, manufacturer training, recurrent training, or specialized technical certifications are advantageous. <span>SAP MM S/4HANA Consultant – SME Level Location: Dubai, UAE Engagement Type: Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent Company: ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC Joining: Immediate Preferred About the Role ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced SAP MM S/4HANA Consultant to join our growing SAP practice in Dubai.<br> We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA implementations, migrations, integrations, and supply chain optimization projects.<br> The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management, procurement, inventory management, logistics processes, and cross-module integration within complex enterprise environments.<br> Key Responsibilities SAP MM S/4HANA Implementation Lead end-to-end SAP MM S/4HANA implementation projects covering requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.<br> Configure procurement, sourcing, inventory management, invoice verification, material valuation, and purchasing processes.<br> Design scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.<br> Business Process Optimization Analyze existing procurement and supply chain processes to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.<br> Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP-enabled solutions.<br> Support digital transformation initiatives through process standardization and automation.<br> Configuration & Master Data Management Configure organizational structures including plants, storage locations, purchasing organizations, and purchasing groups.<br> Manage material master, vendor master, business partner setup, source lists, purchasing info records, and release strategies.<br> Configure procurement cycles including PRs, RFQs, POs, contracts, scheduling agreements, and goods movements.<br> S/4HANA Migration & Integration Participate in S/4HANA migration and upgrade projects from legacy SAP environments.<br> Support data migration activities using LTMC, LSMW, and migration cockpit tools.<br> Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, EWM, Ariba, and other logistics modules.<br> Inventory & Warehouse Management Configure inventory management processes including stock transfers, subcontracting, consignment stock, special stocks, and warehouse operations.<br> Support Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) integration initiatives.<br> Optimize inventory processes and improve stock visibility across the organization.<br> Testing, Training & Support Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.<br> Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and support defect resolution activities.<br> Develop training documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.<br> Provide post-go-live stabilization support and continuous improvement recommendations.<br> Candidate Requirements Mandatory Skills 10+ years of SAP MM consulting experience.<br> Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.<br> Strong expertise in: Procurement and Strategic Sourcing Inventory Management Material Master Configuration Vendor Master Management Purchasing Processes Invoice Verification Release Procedures MRP and Planning Processes Special Procurement Scenarios Logistics and Supply Chain Management Technical Expertise Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM implementation and migration projects.<br> Hands-on experience in LTMC, LSMW, and data migration activities.<br> Knowledge of IDoc configurations and interface integrations.<br> Experience working with SAP Fiori applications.<br> Understanding of SAP enhancement concepts and collaboration with ABAP teams.<br> Integration Experience Strong experience integrating SAP MM with: SAP FI/CO SAP SD SAP PP SAP EWM SAP Ariba SAP PS Preferred Qualifications SAP MM S/4HANA Certification preferred.<br> SAP EWM knowledge would be highly advantageous.<br> Experience working in Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Distribution sectors.<br> Exposure to SAP Activate and ASAP methodologies.<br> Prior experience leading workshops and mentoring junior consultants.<br> Why Join ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC?<br> Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale SAP transformation projects.<br> Exposure to the latest SAP S/4HANA technologies.<br> Hybrid work environment.<br> Competitive compensation package.<br> Strong growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding consulting organization.<br> Interested candidates may share their updated CVs at: aravinth@ithr360.<br>com</span> </div>
