<ul><li><p>Support the Project Director in <strong>project planning, coordination and monitoring activities.</strong></p></li><li><p>Manage and maintain project documentation using <strong>ACONEX</strong> and records.</p></li><li><p>Oversee document control processes using project document management systems.</p></li><li><p>Review and monitor the quality of project deliverables before submission.</p></li><li><p>Prepare progress reports, presentations and project documentation.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Assist in tracking schedules, action items and project milestones.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with quality management procedures and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Support project meetings, technical reviews and client communications.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in railway projects, including <strong>High-Speed Rail, Conventional Rail, and Light Rail Transit projects.</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience in aviation-related infrastructure projects.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with international engineering and construction standards.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the <strong>GCC infrastructure sector</strong></p><br><p><strong>This position is not a Project Documentation role.
