<p>Prepare in co-ordination with the Site team and the Planning manager a detailed Project Construction Schedule including cost, resources, milestones, procurement and authority connections to obtain consultant’s approval.
Review and continuously monitor, against approved schedules, the construction progress and report to the Project Manager/Planning Manager.
Prepare revised recovery program when the program of work is substantially behind approved construction schedule.
Submit within one month of project start manpower chart , schedule of materials and equipment schedule.
Prepare Project Mobilization Schedule/Check List in accordance with the steps out-lined in project mobilization procedures in coordination with Planning Manager/Project Manager.
Prepare, review and approve the subcontractor’s program in line with the requirements of the baseline program and the contract.
Monitor the progress against the approved project construction schedule and alert the site management and the top management of any impediments that has the potential to jeopardize the milestone targets.
Prepare detailed monthly reports to the consultant including detailed status reports on progress, technical submissions, commercial aspects, progress photographs and HSE statistics.
Prepare internal construction schedule and ensure its progress implementation.
Advise the site team of any potential delays for the project and participate in implementing the corrective action to avert the situation.
Follow-up closely the material deliveries for the project and ensure timely deliveries for on-time completion of the project and report findings in weekly internal progress meeting.
Ensure that the kick-off meeting with the subcontractor is conducted within 7 days after the issuance of Letter of Intent.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including submissions to Tadweer – AD. Assist operations supervisors with attendance and leave management in both the attendance system and SAP. Piping Supervisor<br>A leading shipbuilding and ship repair company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Piping Supervisor to join its operations team.<br>Key Duties & Accountabilities Supervise piping fabrication, repair, installation and testing activities for ship repair projects. Plan manpower, materials, tools and daily work activities in coordination with project requirements. Review P&IDs, isometrics, pipe specifications and work scopes before execution. Allocate work to foremen and piping crews and monitor productivity, workmanship and progress. Coordinate pipe/spool fabrication, welding, NDT and onboard installation. Ensure correct pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, gaskets, bolting and supports are used as per specifications. Maintain material identification, segregation, traceability and cleanliness requirements. Coordinate hydro/pneumatic testing, flushing, reinstatement and system handover. Coordinate inspections with QA/QC, Project, Client and Class representatives. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, permits, method statements and risk assessments.
