<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><br> <p>We are looking for a highly motivated Presales Engineer to join our NetApp Team at our Dubai offices.</p><br> <p>The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients, including but not limited to webinars and training initiatives.</p><br> <p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned territory accounts.</li> <li>Leading solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and supplier personnel.</li> <li>Ensuring compliance based on agreements and certifications.</li> <li>Driving adoption of company programs among assigned accounts.</li> <li>Executing presales and solution design by developing proposals, estimating service costs, and defining the scope of work to optimize solutions that align with customer requirements.</li> <li>Collaborating closely with the other Teams to create and develop opportunities and solutions.</li> <li>Conducting on-site and off-site visits to client locations to gather requirements and present solutions.</li> <li>Participating in sales support, presenting and conducting POC to demonstrate the solution’s value and benefits to the client.</li> <li>Enhancing knowledge and skills proactively by continuously learning new and evolving products and achieving relevant industry and professional certifications.</li> <li>Achieving personal objectives by confirming the feasibility of all solutions designed and implemented.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><br> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree in a field related to Business and/ or Information Technology.</li> <li>At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position within the IT industry.</li> <li>Good command of English and Arabic in speaking, listening, and writing.</li> <li>Solid presentation skills required.</li> <li>Self-motivated, passionate about technology, great team-player, excellent problem solver and ethical.</li> <li>Adaptable to work under tight schedules and pressure.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Remuneration</strong></p><br> <p>An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.</p><br> <p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity</strong></p><br> <p>Logicom is committed to provide equal employment opportunities for all regardless of their race, color, sex/gender, religion, age, marital status, cultural background, disability, nationality and political opinion.
