Lead facilities service providers, contractors, suppliers, and outsourced partners. Manage vendor selection, performance reviews, contracts, and service-level agreements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience in facilities management, property operations, engineering services, or a related discipline. Proven experience leading facilities operations across multiple sites or complex properties. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, workplace services, and asset management. Experience managing facilities budgets, operating costs, capital expenditure, and improvement projects. Strong vendor, contractor, and service-provider management experience.
