About the role
The Junior Data Operations Analyst role exists to ensure the integrity of the information that informs our strategic advice. You will support a specific mandate for a Dubai-based financial services firm by organizing, cleaning, and verifying large datasets. This position is essential for translating complex operational figures into the clear, actionable views our clients expect from us.

About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large-firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred-page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities in the region. We focus on clarity over complexity. We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets.

What you will do Audit and clean incoming datasets from a Dubai-based financial services firm to ensure accuracy before any analysis begins. Maintain the internal database for various mandates to ensure information is easily accessible to the lead principals. Perform basic statistical reviews to identify trends or anomalies in portfolio performance for our clients. Assist in the preparation of governance reports by summarizing complex data into plain, concise language. Monitor the performance of data collection methods and suggest practical improvements to help the team work more efficiently. Verify the consistency of financial figures across multiple source documents, spreadsheets, and external reports. Collaborate with consultants to form a view on specific market risks based on historical data and current holding company trends. Document data workflows to ensure clarity and continuity across long-term client engagements and recurring mandates.

What we are looking for Strong analytical skills with a natural ability to spot patterns and inconsistencies in large sets of information. High standards for written precision and the ability to explain technical findings in simple, professional English. Curiosity about how data influences corporate strategy and governance within large holding companies. Practical knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel or basic database software, likely gained through university projects or personal study. A disciplined approach to work that allows for high performance and reliability in a fully remote environment. Clarity of thought when faced with messy or incomplete information and the patience to find the missing pieces.

How we work
We operate as a fully remote firm, prioritizing the quality of our analysis over physical presence in a specific office. Our structure is lean and principal-led, meaning you will work directly with the people making the final decisions and delivering advice to clients. We value independence and the ability to manage your own time without constant supervision. Mentorship here happens through active involvement in mandates rather than formal training programs. You will be expected to contribute to the discussion, ask logical questions, and defend your work from the start. We focus on clarity over complexity and honesty over optics, ensuring that our remote operating model remains efficient and focused on results.

What the role offers Competitive pay that reflects the professional standards of our firm and the demands of the market. Significant exposure to the inner workings of large family groups and major financial entities. Direct mentorship from experienced principals who value logic, rigor, and independent thinking. A stable, full-time permanent position with the flexibility and autonomy of a 100 percent remote setup. The opportunity to work on meaningful mandates where your analysis directly informs board-level decisions and corporate governance.
