<p><p>Reporting to the senior contracts manager and responsible for assisting with the leadership and function of the commercial and cost management functions across the project, including estimating, budgeting, cost control, contract administration, valuations, change management, and financial reporting. Oversees the review of contractor submissions, progress payments, variations, and claims, ensuring commercial compliance, cost certainty, and effective contractual management throughout the project lifecycle.</p>
<p>Develops and maintains systems for design consultant covering the areas of budgeting, cost control, estimating, and reporting.</p>
<p>Reviews the various activities of construction projects with regard to variations and submission for management approvals.</p>
<p>Ensures that the requirements with regard to cost estimating and cost control for variations are incorporated in the tender specification documents.</p>
<p>Reviews the cost estimates submitted by consultant/contractor and ensures compliance with agreement, contract drawings and specifications as well as accuracy of company requirements.</p>
<p>Reviews the bill of quantities prepared by design consultants and contractors and ensures that they are in accordance with drawings and specifications.</p>
<p>Verifies project control budgets and updates them as required for management approval.</p>
<p>Prepares and reviews the forecasts for the final project costs including variations, considering the commitments.</p>
<p>Prepares and updates cost data to review the cost estimates submitted by design consultant.</p>
<p>Reviews final cost reports, assets registers and project close out reports for compliance with contract requirements.</p>
<p>Reviews and certifies progress payments in coordination with the project team.</p>
<p>Reviews change requests, contract trend notices, variation orders, claims, etc.</p>
<p>Oversees and supervises the work of quantity surveyors.</p>
<p>Performs other similar or related duties, as assigned.</p>
<p>Informs themselves of the relevant quality, environmental, safety and occupational health policies, manuals and procedures in place within the organization, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed.</p>

To bring the product to a new stage and ensure its full technological independence, we are creating a dedicated, sovereign engineering team from scratch, led by the Head of Engineering.
Responsibilities
• Development and Product Management: Full technical responsibility for the architecture, stability and continuous development of the Oson Neo fintech product. Interact with the Head of Product to synchronize the product roadmap and technical priorities.
• Building a team from scratch: Designing the target structure and processes of a new engineering team. Independent recruitment, adaptation, and development of technical specialists (starting with backend and integration engineers). Formation of a strong engineering culture (code review, CI/CD, quality standards).

<p>Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on Oil injected and Oil free Air Compressors.
Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning compressors, determine possible causes for malfunctions, and carry out repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment.
Strong mechanical and electrical experience with demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul and repair of a wide variety of Reciprocating, Rotary and other types of Air compressors, including electrical panels, LT motors and Air-end overhauls.
Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times.
Provide value added services to clientele and coordinate with senior management.
Maintain excellent client relationship, follow up regularly on accounts, provide feedback on product performance and help clients get maximum benefit from our group product range.
Assist the Service Engineer and Service Manager in day-to-day business operations.
Direct responsibility for achieving Revenue Budget set and agreed with the Management.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Overall 1 – 3 years of experience in dedicated compressor maintenance.
Sound technical knowledge of all brands of Air compressors and other mechanical products will be an added advantage.
Experience in HVAC and Pumps is a plus; compressor experience strongly desired.
Self-motivated, able to take initiative and implement independently.
