<p>About the role
We are looking on behalf of the client based in UAE (Dubai) in the hard commodity industry, for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller to join their finance team in Dubai. The role covers financial controlling, management reporting, budgeting, treasury support, analytics, and automation initiatives. The position works under the supervision of a Head of Budgeting and Controlling and closely with Trading, Treasury and Accounting, ensuring financial discipline, high-quality reporting, and operational transparency across international trading operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Controlling & Reporting
• Assist in monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness through reconciliations and discrepancy analysis.
• Prepare calculations for reserves, income and expense accruals
• Collect and process administrative and operational expense data in 1C Management Accounting
• Participate in the preparation of quarterly management reporting packages, including key KPIs and business analysis for senior management
• Provide methodological support to the accounting team on IFRS and local reporting requirements.
Budgeting & Planning
• Collect budget input data from operational teams for annual and rolling budgets.

Assist departments in identifying, monitoring, and implementing quality improvement and patient safety projects.
Conduct clinical case reviews and support identification of potential quality or safety concerns.
Support the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and scopes of service.
Maintain quality databases, policy registers, and organisational charts.
Support accreditation activities, including preparation, coordination, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
Coordinate and support quality committees, meetings, minutes, and follow‑up actions.
Support focused reviews, audits, and performance improvement projects using recognised quality methodologies.
Prepare accurate quality reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for management review.
Support staff education, quality awareness activities, and patient safety initiatives.

Familiarity with investigation tools such as root cause analysis and performance improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

<br></span><p>The Specialist-HR is accountable for implementing effective people strategies through a close coordination with employees, line managers and key stakeholders. S/He acts as a point of reference on all HR functional and operational areas.</p><br><br><br>Main Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Provide day-to-day guidance to all employees on HR functional areas including administration, onboarding and employee relations among others</li>

<li>Update periodic HR dashboards, analyze KPIs and metrics and recommend solutions in coordination with the HRM</li>

<p>Hands-on experience managing GCC visa portals and coordinating with PROs is mandatory.</p><br>
<p>Fluency in Arabic is required to review employment contracts and communicate effectively with PROs and local authorities.</p><br>
<p>This is a regional role, supporting HR operations across Qatar, the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, and Jordan.</p><br>
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive candidate who can efficiently manage HR operational activities while ensuring compliance with local labor and immigration requirements across the region.</p><br>
