Job Description:
• Handle the complete AP cycle and ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions in the ERP system.
• Prepare supplier statement reconciliations, monitor outstanding balances, resolve invoice and payment discrepancies, and process supplier payments according to approved credit terms, payment schedules, and company authorization procedures.
• Maintain accurate AP ledgers, prepare accounts payable aging reports, support monthly and year-end closing activities, reconcile vendor accounts, and ensure proper VAT treatment, documentation, and compliance with UAE accounting and tax requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies, verify supporting documentation, prevent duplicate or unauthorized payments, and support internal/external audits while maintaining strong financial controls.</p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on UAE experience specifically in Accounts Payable, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, trading, or diversified group companies.
• Demonstrated experience in supplier invoice processing, PO/GRN matching, vendor reconciliations, payment preparation, AP aging, general ledger entries, and month-end closing, with working knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Practical experience using accounting/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or similar platforms, along with strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reconciliations.

an <strong>Assistant HR Manager, HR & Admin Manager or Senior HR Generalist</strong> position.</p></li><li><p>Strong preference for candidates from <strong>HVAC, MEP, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, contracting or related industries</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on knowledge of <strong>UAE Labour Law and HR compliance</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience managing the <strong>complete HR function</strong>, rather than specialising in only one area of HR.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in payroll, WPS, recruitment, employee relations, visa/work permits and HR administration.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing both <strong>blue-collar and white-collar employees</strong> will be highly advantageous.</p></li><li><p>Experience with employee accommodation and workforce welfare will be an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of HRMS and HR reporting systems.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR activities simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR
