<p>We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our school and support the effective delivery of day-to-day Human Resources operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting employees and school leadership while ensuring that HR processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with school policies and UAE employment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for teaching and non-teaching staff.

• Assist with HR reports, staff data, and workforce records as required.
• Update and maintain HR systems and employee databases.
• Respond to employee HR queries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Support staff engagement, wellbeing, and HR initiatives across the school.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Human’ Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within a school or education environment.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
