<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Preparation of monthly Invoice for remeasured item rate as per contract</p><p> Prepare Bill of Quantity on various types of works during Tender and post award stages of the projects </p><p>Preparing measurement preambles as necessary, to suit the project requirements </p><p>Interpretation of Contract Terms and conditions </p><p>Preparation of Claims / variation </p><p>Assist Estimation Team for Technical &amp; Commercial Bid Preparation</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.</p></li><li><p>Professional certification such as MRICS, RICS, or equivalent is highly preferred for credibility in the field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.</p></li><li><p>Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is advantageous for complex cost management.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong></p><p>✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil &amp; Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore</p><p>✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred</p><p>✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable</p><p>❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible</p><br><p><strong>Age Criteria:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maximum age limit is 49 years</p></li><li><p>For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Managerial and SR.
