About the Role We are a technology company operating at the intersection of Core Network & Roaming, Private 5G, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence, working with telecom operators, enterprises, and government entities. The CEO requires a highly capable, sharp, and discreet Senior Executive Operation Assistant who can function as the CEO's eyes and ears across the organization someone who brings order, visibility, and accountability to the CEO's daily operating rhythm and to cross-functional execution across Sales, Delivery/Projects, Presales, Operations, and Support functions.
This is not a conventional secretarial or calendar-management role. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-obsessed operator who can track commitments across the business, chase accountability without needing to be told twice, synthesize information from multiple teams, and give the CEO a clear, real-time picture of what's moving, what's stuck, and what's at risk — at any given moment.
Given the nature of this role and the sensitive/strategic information the candidate will be exposed to, relevant prior experience in a similar capacity is non-negotiable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Actionable & Task Management- Maintain a live, structured tracker of all pending actionable assigned by the CEO to internal teams, department heads, clients, or vendors.- Proactively follow up with respective owners on due/overdue items and escalate delays to the CEO with context, not just status.- Maintain a tracker of all pending presentations, reports, MIS, and analyses expected by the CEO from various functions, along with due dates and status.- Ensure nothing "falls off the radar" — the CEO should never have to ask "whatever happened to X?"
2. Deadline & Project Delivery Tracking- Maintain a master tracker of all committed delivery timelines by project/functional leads across ongoing projects (Core Network/Roaming deployments, Private 5G rollouts, Cybersecurity engagements, AI/product initiatives), including internal milestones and client-committed dates.- Track project stage-wise progress (design, procurement, implementation, testing, go-live, support) and flag slippages proactively.- Coordinate with project/delivery heads to obtain regular status updates and consolidate them into CEO-ready dashboards/reports.- Maintain a repository of RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) as inputs for CEO review, working with respective project owners.
3. Meetings & Documentation- Schedule, prioritize, and manage the CEO's calendar with sound judgment on urgency and importance.- Attend key internal/external meetings (as directed) to take structured minutes, capture action items with clear ownership and timelines, and circulate/track them to closure.- Maintain a searchable repository of meeting records, decisions taken, and historical context for ongoing matters/clients/projects.- Prepare briefing notes for the CEO ahead of important meetings (client, investor, partner, internal reviews).
4. Client & Vendor Coordination- Track and follow up on pending commitments, proposals, contracts, POs, invoices, and escalations with clients and vendors on behalf of the CEO.- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for client/vendor meetings, visits, and reviews.- Maintain a tracker of key account/vendor relationship touchpoints and outstanding issues requiring CEO attention or intervention.
5. Internal Coordination- Act as the coordination hub between the CEO's office and functional heads (Sales, Presales, Delivery, Operations, Finance, HR, Cybersecurity practice, AI practice) to ensure timely flow of information in both directions.- Chase internal teams for inputs, data, and deliverables required by the CEO, ensuring quality and timeliness before items reach the CEO's desk.- Coordinate logistics and content for internal reviews (weekly/monthly business reviews, board meeting prep support, town halls, offsites).
6. Sales & Operations Reporting- Consolidate periodic sales updates — pipeline status, order booking, revenue tracking, key deal status — from the Sales/Presales teams into a CEO-ready format.- Consolidate operational updates (delivery status, resource utilization, escalations, SLA/compliance items) from Operations/Delivery teams.- Maintain dashboards/MIS that give the CEO a single-glance view of business health across verticals. 7. Confidentiality, Judgment & Ad-hoc Support- Handle sensitive business, financial, HR, and strategic information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.- Exercise sound judgment on prioritization, escalation, and information-sharing — knowing what needs the CEO's immediate attention versus what can be handled independently or delegated.- Support the CEO on ad-hoc assignments that may include: research inputs, presentation/report preparation, travel and event coordination, correspondence drafting, and special projects as they arise.- Be available to flex beyond standard responsibilities as business needs evolve — this role's scope will grow with the trust placed in the candidate.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
-Exceptional organizational and follow-up discipline — the single most important trait for this role.- Strong command of MS Excel/Google Sheets (trackers, dashboards, pivot tables) and Power Point for CEO-ready reporting.- Sharp written and verbal communication — able to draft crisp emails, minutes, and briefing notes without handholding.- Ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior leadership, clients, and vendors.- High situational awareness — able to read priorities, sense urgency, and connect dots across departments without explicit instruction.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology/telecom environment with cross-functional, technically complex projects.- Assertive enough to chase deadlines and escalate to senior stakeholders professionally and diplomatically.- Absolute integrity and discretion with confidential information.- Working familiarity with project tracking tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar) is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.- 6 to10 years of demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or Business/Project Coordinator to a CEO/CXO/senior leader, ideally within Telecom, Networking, IT/Technology, Cybersecurity, or Engineering/Infrastructure companies.- Proven track record of managing trackers, MIS, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.- Prior exposure to project delivery environments (even if not technical) will be a strong advantage, given the nature of the business.- Experience directly supporting a founder/CEO/MD in a growing or mid-sized organization is highly preferred over large-corporate generalist EA experience.

Reporting & Working Relationship
- Direct reporting to the CEO.- Dotted-line working relationships with all functional heads (Sales, Delivery, Operations, Cybersecurity, AI, Finance, HR) for information flow and coordination.- This role carries an implicit mandate from the CEO's office — cooperation from functional teams is expected and will be reinforced by leadership.

What Success Looks Like in This Role
- The CEO has real-time visibility into every open commitment, deadline, and follow-up without having to chase anyone personally.- Nothing significant is missed, delayed, or forgotten due to lack of tracking.- Cross-functional teams respond to the CEO's office promptly because the coordination channel is trusted and effective.- The CEO can delegate an increasing share of coordination, tracking, and follow-up work to this role over time, freeing up bandwidth for strategic priorities.

Gym Nation

1 active job (view) www.gymnation.com

Published

August 11, 2026

Location

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Category

Marketing & Advertising

Job Type

Permanent: Full-time

Description

50+ gyms. 250,000+ members and expanding quickly!

Gym Nation, the Middle East's fastest-growing fitness brand, is seeking a world-class Head of Member Retention & Loyalty to own churn, tenure and member lifetime value end-to-end. One of the first roles of its kind in the global fitness industry.

We've become brilliant at getting people through the door. Now we're going to be the best in the world at keeping them. Every operator talks about churn - almost none have a senior leader who owns it. From a member's first workout to the moment they'd never dream of cancelling, the relationship is yours to design.

You won't start from a blank page. A best-in-industry technology stack and established tech, data and CRM teams are here to put your ideas into action. You'll unite behavioural science, technology and creativity into one retention system. We leverage AI and automation across the business and expect you to advance us here. In retention, AI is the difference between reacting to cancellations and predicting them.

We're growing fast, and so will your impact: exceptional visibility, direct influence on strategy, and the chance to build the retention playbook the rest of the industry will want to copy and can't.

Responsibilities

Retention Strategy & Ownership

Own the retention strategy and be accountable for member churn, average length of stay and lifetime value across the business. Specify and sign off a single agreed view of retention performance - cohort curves, survival analysis, and voluntary versus involuntary churn. Diagnose why and when members leave, by segment, tenure, price point, joining channel, gym and market. Prioritise the levers by value at stake, and kill the ones that don't move the number. Own the multi-year roadmap that takes retention from a reporting line to a structural competitive advantage.

Behavioural Science, Onboarding & Habit Formation

Redesign onboarding and the critical first 90 days around the behaviours that actually predict long-term membership. Identify and instrument our early-visit "magic number" - the visit frequency that separates a member who stays from one who lapses. Apply named behavioural science (habit loops, commitment devices, loss aversion, goal gradient, social proof, nudge theory) to real member journeys, not theory. Own the nudge architecture behind every journey - the timing, framing, defaults, choice sets and friction that decide whether a member acts, not just the message sent. Design the in-gym moments that matter: first workout, first class, first body scan, first personal goal, first friend made. Set the brief for Operations and in-gym teams so front desk and floor staff are an active part of the retention system.

Gamification

Design and work with the tech team to ship gamification inside the Gym Nation app - streaks, badges, milestones, challenges, leaderboards and rewards. Build mechanics that drive genuine visit frequency and belonging, not vanity metrics, and retire what doesn't earn its place. Integrate body-composition and performance data so progress itself becomes the reward.

Loyalty Programmes

Build and own the Gym Nation loyalty programme - tenure rewards, status tiers, partner perks and member benefits. Own the referral programme so loyalty compounds, and the win-back programme so lapsed members return. Create structural reasons to stay that competitors cannot copy, and that strengthen rather than discount the proposition. Own the reward economics so the programme demonstrably pays for itself in retained revenue.

Ancillary & Add-On Retention

Own churn and tenure across the full product ladder, not just core membership - body-composition scanning, Recovery Rooms, hydration and in-gym retail, and premium or signature products. Track add-on churn separately from core churn. A member who drops one product but stays is a different problem to one who leaves altogether. Identify which add-ons are genuine retention anchors and which are simply incremental revenue, then own the attach-and-retain playbook: what is sold at join, what is sold later, and what actually extends core tenure. Design upgrade, downgrade and pause paths so that a cancellation becomes a downgrade rather than a loss.

AI & the Member App

Direct the roadmap for churn-risk scoring, personalised journeys and next-best-action in the app. Own and evolve the AI save-flow - matching the right save lever to every reason a member gives for leaving. Use AI to personalise content, goals, class recommendations and nudges at individual member level. Work with Technology and Data to move from rules-based triggers to predictive, continuously learning models. Set the standard for how AI is used responsibly with member data in every country we operate in.

Lifecycle Communications

With the Head of CRM and wider marketing team, orchestrate every channel into one coherent member journey - email, push, SMS, Whats App, in-app, in-gym screens, TV and radio, and front-desk conversations. Launch and continuously improve lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, at-risk, lapsed, win-back and high-value members. Eliminate fragmented messaging that erodes trust, and govern contact frequency across the business.

Measurement, Experimentation & Reporting

Run a continuous programme of experiments and A/B tests - designed properly, read honestly, and scaled only when they work. Quantify the revenue impact of every retention initiative and report it to leadership in commercial terms. Build the dashboards and scorecards that give leadership and gym managers real-time visibility. Benchmark against global operators and set the target that makes us best in class.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

Build and lead the retention and loyalty function from the ground up. Work across Technology, Data, CRM, Marketing, Operations and Finance to make retention a company-wide priority, not a departmental initiative. Translate complex behavioural and analytical findings into executive-ready recommendations for the leadership team, board and investors.

Requirements

Experience

5+ years in retention, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, CRM or customer experience, with at least 3 years leading or building a function. Track record of owning retention or loyalty in a consumer subscription business, with demonstrable impact on churn and lifetime value. You might come from anywhere - subscription tech, gaming, telco, fintech, streaming, e-commerce, hospitality or fitness. What matters is the instinct for behaviour, data and habit. Experience designing and launching a loyalty programme, gamification system or major lifecycle journey end-to-end, not just optimising one. Product-minded, with experience shipping features or journeys inside a mobile app alongside product and engineering teams. Multi-product or add-on subscription experience is a strong advantage - tiering, attach and cross-sell, downgrade paths and product-ladder economics - as is multi-market or multi-language experience.

Technical Requirements

Data-literate and hands-on - cohort analysis, survival curves, LTV modelling, churn drivers and segmentation. Strong understanding of A/B testing, experiment design, statistical significance and the traps in both. Familiarity with subscription billing platforms, recurring-payment lifecycles, dunning and involuntary churn. Comfortable using AI tools (LLMs, agents, Claude Code) to accelerate workflows and multiply your output.

Mindset

Behavioural science fluent - can name the science and apply it to a real member journey. Commercially minded - sees retention as revenue, not a soft metric, and can defend every investment in those terms. Builder mentality - energised by a blank page, a world-first mandate and the chance to define the role rather than inherit it. Exceptional communicator - can align Tech, Data, Marketing and Operations behind one retention goal. Strategic thinker who can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to write the push notification copy when it matters. Intellectually honest - reads experiment results as they are, not as they were hoped to be. AI-forward - sees AI tools as core to how a modern retention function operates.

Additional Information

What Success Looks Like: The metrics you'll move

Monthly and annual churn - the headline number you own. Member lifetime value and average length of stay. Visit frequency, and the percentage of members hitting the sticky threshold. Cancellation save-rate - members retained at the point of leaving. Add-on attach rate, add-on churn and ancillary revenue per member. App engagement, including DAU/MAU, streaks and challenge participation. Referral and win-back rates.

How to Apply

If this sounds like the perfect role for you, or someone you know, please apply and our HR team will be in touch asap with shortlisted candidates.

We look forward to hearing from you!

APPLY HERE: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4450305141/

A demonstrable record of quantifiable achievements in prior senior finance roles — for example ARR/revenue grown from one level to another, gross-margin improvement, burn reduced, runway extended, or a successful audit or exit. General statements will not be accepted in place of numbers. Track Record & Evidence Required Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following with concrete evidence, not general statements:● Specific financial results delivered in previous roles, expressed in numbers — e.g. ARR/MRR growth, gross-margin improvement, burn reduction, runway extension, or cost savings realised.● At least one funding, M&A, or exit outcome the candidate personally led or co-led, with round size, structure, and timeline.● First-hand experience of the cybersecurity (or directly comparable technology) business model — its metrics, unit economics, and specific risk landscape.● Verifiable references and, where available, supporting materials or anonymised case examples for the achievements claimed.● Selection will focus on evidence of past outcomes, not hypothetical capability; candidates who cannot substantiate their track record will not be progressed. Technical & Functional Skills Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and Saa S metrics. Experience with financial systems/ERP platforms and reporting tools. Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements. First-hand understanding of the cybersecurity industry's business model, risk landscape, and investor expectations — required, not a plus. Core Competencies Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with investors and Boards. Strong leadership and team-building capability. High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment given sensitivity of financial and cybersecurity-related data. Results-driven, with a track record of measurable outcomes rather than activity — able to point to what was delivered, in numbers. Evidence-based and rigorous — makes and defends claims with data, and expects the same from the team.5. SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS● A clear, board-ready view of the company's financial position, KPIs, and runway is in place and trusted.● Financial planning, reporting, and controls are tightened to institutional-investor standard.● The next fundraising or capital plan is prepared and investor-ready, with data room and materials built.● Finance operations (accounting, treasury, payroll, tax) run cleanly and scale with the business.● The CEO and Board make faster, better-informed decisions because finance provides the numbers and the options.

Chief Technology Officer: Hands-on, AI-native technology leadership for Zofeur's next stage of scale Reports to: Founder & CEOScope: Engineering, architecture, mobile, QA, Dev Ops, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data engineering and AI engineering
The Opportunity Build the technology organisation behind a high-volume, real-time mobility platform. This is a company-level leadership role for a technically deep operator who can strengthen an existing platform, upgrade a distributed team and make AI a practical advantage across engineering and mobility intelligence.
About Zofeur Zofeur is a fast-growing mobility technology platform built around delegated mobility for car owners. The platform powers on-demand chauffeur services, scheduled and subscription-based mobility, enterprise driver logistics and related operational services across multiple markets. Its technology environment includes customer and chauffeur mobile applications, real-time dispatch and location systems, payments, subscriptions, operational control systems, enterprise dashboards, APIs, analytics and cloud infrastructure. Zofeur is now building its next stage of internal technology leadership as it scales across the GCC.
The role Zofeur is seeking a hands-on, AI-native Chief Technology Officer to take end-to-end ownership of technology strategy, engineering execution and organisational capability. The CTO will inherit a live platform and an established distributed engineering team. The immediate mandate is to strengthen that team, internalise critical capabilities, improve delivery speed and quality, reduce key-person dependency and build a high-performing engineering organisation. This is not a purely strategic or managerial position. The CTO must be technically credible enough to engage directly with architecture, code quality, infrastructure and production incidents while building the leadership structure required for scale.
What you will own Technology strategy and architecture Own Zofeur's technical vision, architecture and engineering roadmap. Ensure the platform can support increasing transaction volumes, geographic expansion and new product lines. Review the current cloud, backend, mobile, data and integration architecture and establish clear technical standards. Prioritise technical debt according to customer, operational and commercial impact. Make pragmatic build-versus-buy, modernisation and platform investment decisions. Improve systems incrementally while replacing components where evidence clearly justifies it.
Engineering organisation Assess the existing engineering organisation and develop a clear capability and succession plan. About Ode With Anthropic

How do you turn a decades-old dataset into an industry-leading medical coding agent? Teach an AI receptionist to book appointments in Spanish? Automatically generate working data connectors from API docs? Build agents that write, test, and deploy their own software packages?

Anthropic is defining frontier AI. Ode is the team bringing frontier AI into practice.

We are a team of experienced builders who care deeply about getting complex AI systems into production, with strong conviction about what makes them succeed. As Anthropic’s services venture, we tackle the hardest, most consequential AI problems for companies with real stakes, working closely with their Applied AI and Product teams to turn frontier technology into real world impact.

We're backed by Anthropic, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, Goldman Sachs, General Atlantic, Leonard Green & Partners, Apollo Global Management, GIC, and Sequoia Capital.

We're headquartered in SF with offices in NYC, Raleigh-Durham, and Dubai.

The Role

Our customers come to us with ambitious, often fuzzy goals — make content moderation faster, customer service cheaper and better, unlock new integrations, automate the workflows no one else can touch.

Your job is to turn those goals into AI-powered solutions that work in the real world, and to own the journey from first conversation to live system to real business impact.

This Is a Forward-deployed, Full-stack Customer Role

Part engagement manager — you're the primary face of Ode to the client. Part product manager — you decide what we build and why. Part delivery/program manager — you run the execution motion end-to-end. Part “do whatever it takes" operator — you jump into the gaps to keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

Own the customer relationship end-to-end. Act as the customer's day-to-day strategic partner and primary point of contact, building trust across all levels of the organization and being candid about tradeoffs. Shape what we build and why. Translate ambiguous business problems into crisp problem statements, user journeys, and success metrics — and work with customers to define what "success" actually means. Turn messy problems into shipped solutions. Translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements, PRDs, and plans for engineers. Shape workflows, edge cases, and evaluation criteria for AI-powered systems. Drive execution across multiple AI products. Run the day-to-day rhythm — planning, check-ins, risk tracking — and coordinate between customers, engineers, designers, and Ode teammates to keep work unblocked and on time. Help create demand, not just fulfill it. Jump on early, messy conversations where the project is still a vague idea. Help founders and sales tease out real pain, sketch solution approaches live, and spot expansion opportunities. Drive adoption and long-term impact. Work with client teams on rollout, enablement, and change management so the systems you build actually get used. Bring back insights that inform Ode's playbooks and product direction. Bring judgment and clarity. When requirements are fuzzy or customers change course, be the person in the room who can say: here's what we're trying to do, here's what we know, here's the plan.

What You Bring

Customer-facing, high-stakes experience. You've led projects where customers were under pressure, stakeholders weren't aligned, and the path wasn't obvious. You're comfortable pushing back, reframing the problem, and holding the line on quality. We typically look for 6-10 years in product, consulting, or implementations, although we care more about what you've done than the label on your resume. Real product and delivery experience. You've built and shipped products with engineers and designers across multiple cycles. You can run an execution rhythm — stand-ups, planning, tracking, retros — without turning it into process theater. -Structured problem-solving and communication. You ask good questions, structure chaos, and turn ambiguity into a plan — moving from whiteboarding with execs to writing a crisp doc for engineers without losing the plot. Bias for action and ownership. You roll up your sleeves and make things happen, whether that's writing a scrappy SQL query, drafting a support playbook, or jumping into a last-minute exec demo. - Comfort with ambiguity and intensity. You like high-energy environments, messy problems, and "we haven't done this before" projects. You can juggle multiple customers, keep priorities straight, and make good calls with incomplete information. AI curiosity, not AI Dogma. You don't need deep AI expertise on day one — you do need strong reasoning, a desire to learn fast, and a willingness to overuse AI in your own workflow.

How Ode Is Different

A typical PM here ships two to three products per year and learns from dozens more. You have outsized autonomy on each product — but you won't have a year to polish a single system. The upside is constant time on the frontier of models and tooling, and a muscle for AI product development that's hard to build anywhere else.

Many PMs look back at this as the biggest growth period of their career. But it's possible you won't like it — we recommend using the interview process to hear what our team members think.

Our Values

Overdeliver: We are writing the playbook on how to create enterprise value with LLMs, and building our reputation as the world’s best applied AI team. Prevail Fund is exploring a new area of giving, and this consultancy will help assess whether there is a strong enough implementer landscape to support it. We are looking for a Senior Implementation and Field Consultant to join us for roughly three months to assess promising livelihoods interventions and the organizations delivering them. The consultant will assess delivery models, operational capacity, and the practical risks of scaling. This is a rare opportunity to shape a major strategic decision for a potential new fund.

About Prevail Fund

Prevail is a new foundation dedicated to pursuing bold goals. We set a social change goal, find philanthropists who have a similar vision, raise a pooled fund, and then make grants. Rather than choosing a general issue area (e.g., education), each pooled fund chooses a simple, targeted goal. For example, our first fund aims to improve foundational education for over 27.5 million Grade 1-3 children across 11 national governments in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.

Prevail provides patient capital to implementers – primarily in the form of grants that grow over time as our partner organizations scale. In addition to funding, Prevail offers on-the-ground support to help orgs scale, including strategic planning, systems, recruitment, and talent development. Our roots are in the field. Our Co-Founding Board members have a track record of scaling social enterprises that together employ more than 15,000 staff and manage annual budgets exceeding $500M.

In Our First Three Years, We Have

Provided $55M in funding to date, to support 27 partners across Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia, growing very quickly Helped partners to strengthen foundational learning outcomes for over 3 million children Hired 35+ mission-driven team members Executed dozens of in-field projects to help support key functions for our implementing partners

About The Role

You’ll work closely with the Claudia, Varsha and the research team to support the calls, field visits, and operational assessments behind Prevail’s scoping work. You will help determine whether organizations in this sector have the operational strength, leadership, growth potential, and delivery model needed to absorb funding and deliver impact as part of a potential fund. The role is best suited to someone who has built or scaled programs in low- and middle-income countries and can assess an organization quickly because they have done similar work themselves. The core components of this role are to:

Pressure-test implementers. Co-lead screening calls with senior leaders of livelihoods organizations to assess whether their delivery model is credible, aligned with the evidence, and capable of absorbing funding and delivering impact. Identify strengths, risks, and red flags early so the team can decide where deeper diligence is warranted. Ensure efficient, effective field visits through thorough preparation and tools. Visiting partners takes a lot of their time and ours, and often does not lead to a real understanding of how the program operates. You will be in charge of ensuring each field visit is minimally disruptive to partners, while also ensuring Prevail gains a deep understanding of how the program works, what is working well, and what concerns might arise if the program were to scale. Write the operational read-ups. For each organization, draft concise summaries that cover budget, scale, growth trajectory, geographic footprint, MEL maturity, government relationships, leadership strength, absorptive capacity, and key risks or flags. Set up the sector conversations. Help identify implementers, funders, and field experts who can pressure-test our emerging views on delivery, scale, and operational risk. Get in the field. Join visits to implementing organizations, some of which are alongside the Prevail team. Walk through their operations, talk to participants and leadership, and compare delivery models, bottlenecks, and scaling claims against what you see. Write up each visit so the team has a clear read on whether the organization can deliver at scale. Help sketch the fund. Contribute to the first cut of the fund design: allocations, deployment pace, grant sizes, and the team needed to run it. Contribute to the recommendation. Draft the implementation sections of the decision memo, covering delivery models, operational capacity, and cost and scaling realities, working with the team to assess whether the implementer landscape is strong enough to support a fund.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a strong operator with sound field judgment. You should have experience running programs or organizations in low- and middle-income countries, know how to assess how an organization actually works beyond its own account of itself, and be able to draw out candid views from staff and leadership. You should also be comfortable leading multi-country fieldwork from planning through execution.

Experience. 8-15+ years working with NGOs, philanthropy, or implementing organizations in low- and middle-income countries, in program management, field operations, or implementation. Field and operations experience. Experience working with on-the-ground NGO teams in low- and middle-income countries, ideally in Sub-Saharan Africa and/or South Asia, assessing or supporting how programs are delivered. Relationship management. Builds rapport quickly with NGO leaders and staff, leads productive conversations, and accurately identifies operational strengths and weaknesses. Logistics and organization. Strong at planning and running multi-country field visits end-to-end. Judgment and independence. Translates site visits into clear, structured operational reads, is comfortable with travel, and works well with the ambiguity of early-stage scoping.

Consultant contract details

We’re flexible on how we work with the right person. We expect this to be a short-term consultancy over roughly three months. The engagement could be full-time or part-time, depending on the right person’s availability and fit.

Start date: As soon as possible. Contract duration: Around three months. Time requirement: Full-time preferred, with part-time arrangements considered for the right candidate. Reports to: Claudia Carbajal, Senior Researcher. Compensation: Competitive day rate, commensurate with experience. Location: Remote, with candidates ideally based within 2/+4 hours of Central Africa Time. Travel: Up to 40% of the time, concentrated around the field-visit period, and negotiable. Any required travel expenses will be covered by Prevail Fund.

Application process: Our hiring process is thorough, because there are very specific skills required for this role. Successful candidates will go through:

Initial call with hiring manager (~30 minutes) Work exercise (2 hrs) Final panel interview (~60 minutes)

To apply: If you’re excited to help us scale, please apply using the application form. We are taking applications on a rolling basis and will respond to all applications within three weeks.

For more information. For more information on Prevail in general, check out this deck. For info on how we hire at Prevail, check here.

Note: If you currently work for one of Prevail’s partner organizations, we’d love to consider you for this role as long as you can provide their express permission.
