Job Purpose\n\nResponsible for a safe, economical and trouble free operation and safe emergency handling of the production facilities by providing effective leadership and coordination among the Production Units and other Departments. Also responsible for implementation of the company HSE policy and Companys Oil/Gas production, Processing and Water Injection targets.\n\n\n\n2. Principal Accountabilities\n\na)\tSafety\n•\tEnsure Compliance of Safe Operations at the Production Facilities\n•\tCarries out safety audit of the plant on weekly basis for any unsafe situation. Conducts regular safety meetings with subordinates\n•\tEnsures that latest versions of all required operating procedures, check list and manuals are available in LCR and all previous versions are removed. \n•\tResponsible for implementation and maintenance of work permit system during his job rotation\n•\tEnsure use of personnel protective in the processing facilities. Ensures regular inspection and checks through routine checks schedule.\n•\tMaintains good housekeeping standard and follows ADMA OPCO Health, Safety and Environmental Policies\t\n•\tNotifies the details of all safety incidents on the Production facility to the Production Team Leader\n•\tEnsure implementation of corrective actions and recommendations of safety.\n\nb)\tNormal Operation\n•\tResponsible for attaining safe and trouble free operations of the crude production from well head towers including crude oil production / separation, water injection and gas treatment / processing to meet the daily production targets. \n•\tEnsures operating parameters remain within specified ranges during normal and emergency operation and there is no violation of equipment design limits.\n•\tResponsible for the preparation of wellhead towers for drilling, work over, maintenance activities and co-ordinates safe handover to drilling and maintenance. Issues required handover certificates and accepts personally such facilities after the completion of such activities.\n•\tCoordinates with Mechanical and I/E departments for routine, preventive and urgent maintenance of equipment\n•\tIssues Hot / Cold and Entry Work Permits for all Routine / Planned Maintenance work to be carried out in Accordance with ADMA Working Procedures and Safety Regulations \t\t\n•\tResponsible for utilizing Maximo for all maintenance jobs in his group.\n•\tEnsures that all log sheets and checklists are being filled as per schedule and are duly signed by respective field operators.\n•\tRepresents ADMA OPCO onboard of test vessels, supervises flow testing, cleans - up unloading and bleed down operations in safe manner and carries out self-auditing and planned inspection to ensure compliance of test vessels and contracted equipment with the company’s safety and marine regulations.\t\t\n•\tResponsible for the supervision of Water Injection Plant Operation and Preparation for Maintenance. Monitors Chemical Injection Systems and carries out some Lab Tests to ensure required Water Quality and Quantity is achieved.\t\t\t\t\t\t\n•\tResponsible for the Operation of Gas Separation / Treatment Plants and preparation of these Plants for Maintenance Activities.
