<p>The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System across marine construction projects. The role ensures compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and applicable UAE regulations by conducting site inspections, safety inductions, toolbox talks, and monitoring day-to-day site activities.
Working closely with the project team, the HSE Officer identifies hazards associated with marine operations, including marine plant, heavy lifting, rock placement, dredging, vessel operations, diving activities (where applicable), and work over or near water. <p>Our Main Contracting client has a new requirement for a number of Junior Safety Officers to join their team in Dubai at a new villa development project in the Emirate. Successful candidates will have experience as a Safety Officer on MEP construction projects in the UAE and have worked in the capacity of Safety Officer for a Main or MEP Contracting company previously.
This role is available for immediate joining and is hiring on a temporary to permanent basis as an initial 6 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting, with the option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties.
