<p>The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System across marine construction projects. The role ensures compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and applicable UAE regulations by conducting site inspections, safety inductions, toolbox talks, and monitoring day-to-day site activities.
Working closely with the project team, the HSE Officer identifies hazards associated with marine operations, including marine plant, heavy lifting, rock placement, dredging, vessel operations, diving activities (where applicable), and work over or near water. The HSE Officer promotes a proactive safety culture, assists in incident investigations, monitors environmental controls, and ensures that all personnel work in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
