CH2M and Mace have partnered to form a consortium that is leading all real estate and construction delivery related programme management services for Dubai Trade Centre Jebel Ali development – the master district that will also host the Expo 2020 Dubai within a secure gated area when the six month event debuts in October 2020.
Reporting to the Publications Manager, the primary responsibilities of your role as Technical Writer will require you to write, edit, develop, coordinate and manage the production of various types of programme based documentation such as presentations, technical client reports, project deliverables, marketing materials and internal communication material.
Acting a subject matter expert in technical and business development publishing you will be:-
·Providing leadership on medium to large proposals, project deliverables and client documentation efforts
·Independently coordinating information collection with teaming partners and internal clients and stakeholders
·Developing advanced knowledge of technical and business development publishing
·Writing and developing content for internal communications material
·Developing content that adheres to established guidelines and proofs and edits documents
As a successful candidate you will be degree qualified either in a communications discipline such as English or Journalism or come with a Technical/Engineering background.
You will have at least 5-6 years’ experience managing technical proposals or writing detailed technical publications adhering to specific style guidelines.
You would ideally come with experience of working within the construction or engineering sector, however we will also consider you if you come from a Software/IT or publications background.
You must provide writing samples in a portfolio with your application.
