Join a leading provider of ISO training solutions and other QHSE Training dedicated to helping organizations achieve excellence through internationally recognized standards. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce ISO and QHSE training programs.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate ISO and QHSE training services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and provide follow-up information to potential clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on client interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide clients with information on renewal processes and coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist in email campaigns and other marketing activities as required.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the ISO training industry.
- At least 2-3 years of telemarketing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain ISO standards and training programs in layman’s terms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
