Through our Data Centers, we provide industry benchmark levels of power supply and cooling services to better serve the growing need for data center operations in the UAE and wider region.<br>We are seeking an Operations Engineer (OE) who is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of data center facilities. This role ensures compliance with QHSE standards, manages hard services, coordinates soft services, and oversees specialist services and vendor management. The OE shall display excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<br>Key Accountabilities:<br>Adherence to Policies: Comply with all relevant Khazna safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all occupants and self. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) adapted to the work environment and activity conducted at all times. Work Environment Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and visitors to the data center at all times. Policy Enforcement: Enforce health and safety policies in accordance with local and international regulations and laws. <ul><li>تشغيل وصيانة آلات القص الأوتوماتيكية بدقة لضمان مخرجات عالية الجودة.</li><li>تحميل وتفريغ المواد على آلة القص، والتحقق من الوضع والمحاذاة الصحيحة.</li><li>مراقبة عملية القص بانتظام، وإجراء تعديلات فورية على المعايير مثل السرعة والعمق.</li><li>إجراء الفحوصات الروتينية والصيانة الوقائية لمعدات القص لتقليل أوقات التوقف عن العمل.</li></ul><p><strong>الملف الشخصي للمرشح المطلوب</strong></p><ul><li>شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ ويفضل التدريب المهني في تشغيل الآلات.</li><li>خبرة مثبتة في تشغيل آلات القص الأوتوماتيكية، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع المنسوجات أو الجلود أو المواد الصناعية.</li><li>خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في بيئة تصنيع أو إنتاج.</li><li>إتقان قراءة وفهم المخططات الفنية وأنماط القص.</li></ul>

<p>• Developing and managing product specifications for large-scale and complex projects across various sectors (e.g., residential, commercial, hospitality).</p><p>• Building and maintaining relationships with Architects and Interior Designers, Developer, &amp; being one point of contact for all design related enquires and to ensure specified products meet technical, aesthetic, and performance requirements.</p><p>• Following up on each specified project and coordinate with the specification manager &amp; to hand over the project until identify the selected joinery.</p><p>• Weekly visit plan report to be submitted each Friday.</p><p>• Weekly progress achievement report vs. plan.</p><p>• Monthly project report updates.</p><ul><li>Handing over all client samples as per the specs.</li><li>Salary : AED 6000 to AED 8000</li></ul>
