Description du poste En tant que vidéaste au sein d’Invesure Dubai, vous réalisez au quotidien des contenus vidéo pour les besoins marketing, institutionnels et digitaux de l’entreprise. Vous préparez et organisez les tournages (repérages, planning, matériel) et assurez la captation vidéo sur site, en collaboration avec les équipes internes. Vous participez à la mise en place des décors, du cadrage et de la lumière afin de garantir une qualité d’image professionnelle. Vous contribuez également au suivi de la post-production (sélection des rushs, retours sur le montage, habillages simples) pour livrer des vidéos prêtes à diffuser sur différents supports. Ce poste est à temps plein et basé sur site à Dubaï, Émirats arabes unis. Qualifications Maîtrise de la production vidéo : expérience en pré-production, tournage et suivi de post-production pour différents formats (corporate, réseaux sociaux, interview). Compétences en prise de vue : excellente maîtrise de l’utilisation d’une caméra, du cadrage et des mouvements de caméra (Camera Operation, Camera). Compétences en tournage : capacité à organiser et réaliser des prises de vues en conditions variées, en respectant les contraintes de temps et de scénario (Shooting Video). Maîtrise de l’éclairage : connaissances solides en Lighting pour créer des ambiances adaptées, gérer les ombres et optimiser le rendu des sujets filmés.
