About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our growing IT team ????In this role, you'll provide first-line technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT systems. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues ????Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions Assist with Microsoft 365, email, and remote support services Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and software installations Ensure timely resolution of IT issues while delivering excellent customer service✅ What We're Looking For Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills ????Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPNFamiliarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and remote support tools is an advantage Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop ????????
