To actively contribute to the company's vision of making holiday dreams come true by providing efficient, effective and professional support to the President & Managing Director, International Operations and additional support where required to the Executive team.
How You'll Shine
- Act as a conduit for the President & Managing Director, handling correspondence, drafting complex documents, and managing confidential information.
- Oversee calendar management, appointment scheduling, and email inbox management to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize meetings, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and take meeting minutes. Assist in organizing company events, functions, and seminars.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, compile expense reports, and oversee annual travel and medical reimbursements.
- Prepare executive-level communication such as board reports, Christmas messages, and VIP travel arrangements. Ensure completion of action items from Executive meetings.
- Proofread media releases, communications, and internal updates, and support the development and compliance of company policies.
- Manage the approval process for travel, expenses, internal projects, and leave requests.
- Provide high-level internal and external service, liaising with key stakeholders and coordinating external events and communication.
