To actively contribute to the company's vision of making holiday dreams come true by providing efficient, effective and professional support to the President & Managing Director, International Operations and additional support where required to the Executive team.


How You'll Shine

  • Act as a conduit for the President & Managing Director, handling correspondence, drafting complex documents, and managing confidential information.
  • Oversee calendar management, appointment scheduling, and email inbox management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize meetings, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and take meeting minutes. Assist in organizing company events, functions, and seminars.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, compile expense reports, and oversee annual travel and medical reimbursements.
  • Prepare executive-level communication such as board reports, Christmas messages, and VIP travel arrangements. Ensure completion of action items from Executive meetings.
  • Proofread media releases, communications, and internal updates, and support the development and compliance of company policies.
  • Manage the approval process for travel, expenses, internal projects, and leave requests.
  • Provide high-level internal and external service, liaising with key stakeholders and coordinating external events and communication.

  • Skilled in preparing detailed, high-level, and confidential letters and documents, with superior communication and telephone skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a focus on juggling priorities and demands effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and superior customer service and work ethic.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with strong administrative skills and minute-taking experience.
  • Willingness to travel for executive retreats and conferences, and a commitment to contributing to a positive team environment.
