Job Description:
X-Space Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivables:
- Issue invoices to clients accurately and timely.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile client accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP).
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial reports using Excel (e.g., sales reports, receivables aging reports).
- Handle daily cash transactions and ensure accurate reconciliations.
- Support the Finance and Administrative departments with various tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries related to invoices and payments.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience as an Accounts Assistant.
- Proven experience in managing receivables, handling cash, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
